Yes I'm glad it exists. I know what all the parts are, I've been on it. I actually am afraid to go OFF the medical (even though I don't need it, it actually makes my overall coverage worse) because if I DO, I will be penalized for the rest of my life for going back ON.
The majority of my healthcare costs last year were dental and meds. They were over 25 K WITH a buy up plan.
And a TON of digging into free./lower cost options.
But I had been on a (Cadillac) Native American plan before. It wasn't so great, although it is for sure better than nothing. I can keep my part D for I think 8.5 years, but if I DON'T I am in deep do do.
I also made the mistake of going Cigna Cigna because I LOVE Cigna and I figured it would be EASIER to coordinate.
Only, they KNOW about each other, so NOW I CAN'T pretend my work coverage is primary. Well, I can try, but I have a feeling a trip. to my local SS office may be in order. Etc.
