It might dent if you drop it but I gather it depends on the fall. You can moisturize it with mineral oil.I need shiny support. I can't make a decision and my heart won't stop palpitating. I know that I want a sense Screen tank. I just didn't know that they have a wood one (yes, real). I want to pull the trigger but don't know anything about wooden tanks, lol. Will it dent if I drop it? Will it crack if it gets too dry......help me!

No boring problems of that sort. I just don't feel thirsty. I have to remind myself to finish as many Mates as I can, each one is around 300cc.

Top is a winder, bottom is a swift. I have wound Hanks without a swift, but sometimes they tangle so bad I have to throw them out. The swift makes quick work of it. Totally worth the investment.

I have a wood (walnut) backed phone case. It’s held up for about two years just fine. Not sure about a wooden dt though

My mother used to have a winder when I was young. It was me. I sat on the floor in front of her with the skein on my wrists. It took a lot of skill, you had to bend your wrist each time so the wool would come off the wrist smoothly but you didn't drop the skein. Times were different then. She would sit around knitting every night.
