I remember your thread. I felt bad about it because I advised many people to use Eciggity and I think you may have been one of them.
I think the vendor I am most worried about at this point is ElementVape. I've read some horrendous customer reviews which add a certain level of intrigue to the whole matter. Will they send me a gold one instead of a black one, or a battery instead of a mod?
I think I am going to celebrate this joyous excitement with a double IPA at the brewery.
It's all good and I'll give most online retailers a fair chance. But they have to acknowledge and be prompt about looking after any issue that might arise. Excellent customer service goes a long way in determining if I buy again from that retailer.
SubTank Supply sent me the wrong color Aromamizer Supreme V2 that I had ordered to match my Minikin, so I dropped them a quick email saying that it was wrong but I could live with it. They replied an hour later with a tracking number for a no charge replacement and told me to enjoy the previous one on a different mod. Top shelf retailer and I recommend them any chance I can.
Kidney Puncher sent me a CCI BFDFT that was just machined horrible, the threads were bad and it leaked badly. They wanted me to send it back at my expense but I contacted CCI instead and they shipped out a full replacement 2 days later. I can understand KP wanting the bad one back as I imagine they get the odd scam from people looking for free stuff, and it's not their fault I live in Canada. I'd recommend them again and have bought from them since.
AVS replaced a Boaz RDA for me but it took a few days and couple of FB messages to get them to reply, they had a trade show going on at the time so things were quite hectic for them. Stuff happens and this was the only incident so they also get a high recommendation when people are looking for SS316L coils/wire.
Fasttech will sometimes take 2 weeks or more of persistent hounding with tickets to the CS department, but in the end you will get a full refund or replacement. I've only had 5 issues with them that needed resolution out of all the stuff I've bought from them over the years. Those were all manufacturer related and not actual FT issues, their CS tries to cheap out by insulting you with $2 credit offers but if you keep at them they will eventually give in. That is to be expected from a Chinese major though and can be a PiTA but you get what you pay for.
