Excited about the Fatality M25. I haven't bought a dual coil rta since the wake tank came out. Found they always had more issues wicking and performed worse than just a big coil coil RTA. But i'm excited to try it out - especially with ribbon wire.

I've had my drone for 3 days and i'm loving it....it's a really well built device. The door issue where it can pop at the bottom is still present but for me it's not an issue really...i do think that the aperture for squonking is a little small for my big thumbs and that's part of the issue.

It's my first DNA chip and i'm absolutely loving it....TC on SS316 seems to work like a dream

I saw your pics with the silver rda and they were stunning. Your post had me a click away from ordering one.

Morning all! I had a rough night, reflux so bad I had to prop myself up on a pile of pillows. Not sure if it was something I ate, or my impending appointment with the tax lady today.

That’s not till afternoon, and meanwhile I shall distract my self with the beautiful weather. I love coffee on the porch on a sunny day

I really like my Topside. It does have a few drawbacks. The biggest one is the exposed portion of the squonk bottle is so open it's almost impossible to carry in a pocket without accidently squonking. All my others are more recessed with less exposed making that a nonissue. The other is being a big bottle and so easy to press over squonking can occur easier than others. But it does suck back any extra well and unless you're using something that easily leaks with too much juice you adjust quickly. Otherwise I think it's a hands down winner. And I do love not only the top fill but the whole sled system to swap bottles. It's the reason I'm still waiting on the premium dual Topside specs to come out before picking it or the Drone. Ftom a pure squonk perspective the Topside wins but I do like a DNA board. I'm hoping the Yihi they select isn't one of the cheap crippled ones. I know a better chip will push the price up, but I'd rather that than compromise. I'd like one squonk that does TC right.

That said, I'm having great fun with my mech squonks. The simplicity, the ease of care are all big pluses. And as I like those little 22 mm RDAs that end up with ~0.3-5 ohm single coil builds do just fine on them with a single 18650 (or 21700 on that Pulse BF I have to shave down a bit to fit). Three or four regulated squonks are nice to have, but I'll likely stop right there and go with mech squonks and more attys for variety. I still like my RTAs on my DNA mods so realistically I'll just end up with even more stuff in the stash that will sit unused.

Then again, I've really been getting a kick out of my EQ pods for heading out and even the CF mini with a Zenith and a 0.5 ohm plexus coil. Go figure.

I think go figure about my collection as well. The stuff I loved a year or two ago is collecting dust, and my daily drivers are TC, unregulated, and a freakin pod!

Not in love with the mini mi, would not generally recommend it, but since I have it I’ll use it. And it’s not horrible. But it’s the only pod experience I have so I have no idea how it compares to others. I only know I didn’t want a plastic one, if I were going the pod route.

I’m kind of interested in the Topside, although I am a total Luna fan girl and I don’t really want to find out I like something else better lol.

Oh, and a confession. That green Colossal was not under warranty anymore. So I just bought another. The heck with it. Life’s short and I want it. I did run the new one through its paces because I will not make that mistake again.

A trick with reflux I know all too well other than the nexium/protonix meds is either a foam wedge to sleep on, way better than pillows as it really raises you whole top half up rather than just your head. The other low tech solution is telephone books (if any are still printed) or a brick under the back legs of your bed to make the whole thing tilt with your head side up.

I you don't have a regulated squonk, it's something to really consider. It's an excellent squonk mod. It won't pull you away from the Luna, but it will give you a little more flexibility in different atty builds.

You are aware that stuff is ribbon wire and not flat wire, it's totally different. The ribbon is great for making Tsuka coils or wrapping around Ekowool, whereas flat wire 0.8mm x 0.3mm is used to make stand alone coils.

I like those Plug doors.

I can't remember what chip is in it, he had some issues with the first chip he tried. I have to say I'm pretty excited to get it in hand. The wood is Applewood and beautiful. The other one he made is more striking than the one I chose. Had to go with hand feel though.

Just remember that you have to build for a PWM the same way you would for a mech, keeping the battery current in mind. PWM's fire at the current voltage level of the batteries and you can adjust the pulse width (on/off) time, there is no voltage or wattage adjustment.

the screen on my vx530 (yihi chip) has stopped shutting off and drained two 18650s rather severely. didn't notice what had caused it the first time but when i got up during the night my living room was being treated to some extra illumination.
sxk bb dna version in FT cart but will wait to see what the easter sale is like.
