afternoon all.
royal fail failed to get provari through letterbox. no surprise there.
the screen on my vx530 (yihi chip) has stopped shutting off and drained two 18650s rather severely. didn't notice what had caused it the first time but when i got up during the night my living room was being treated to some extra illumination.
sxk bb dna version in FT cart but will wait to see what the easter sale is like.
SnapDragonNY had the same issue. She was given a refund and told her to keep the mod. Personally I would ask for a refund rather than accept a replacement. Shame, was hoping hers was just a one off.

Morning all! I had a rough night, reflux so bad I had to prop myself up on a pile of pillows.
Oof, you have my sympathies. I managed to aspirate stomach acid three nights in a row last week (despite sleeping on a wedge, as I always do) and have been sleeping in the recliner since. Didn't give myself full-fledged pneumonia, but I've been coughing up a storm. Good times.

Blech. That sounds awful. I hope it settles down for you. That burning sensation is terrible.

i could maybe offer the SL a home at some point. always liked the look of them.
It took me a while to warm up to it, but I've grown very fond of mine. Hoping for a no-deal Brexit so the pound plummets and I can justify buying a stabwood from the vendor the evil @Fidola13 has introduced me to.*

*Not really, of course. I am willing, noble soul that I am, to go without in return for a stable UK economy.

I was searching for a new mech and an Axial RDA accidentally slipped and fell into my cart. Should arrive tomorrow. That polished black would probably look nice on a black Keen. Also -

I have a spare bed that adjusts, but for whatever reason it didn’t even occur to me to sleep in that. I feel better so far tonight. I got my taxes back and I owe, but it’s not as bad as I feared. And just the not knowing was making me a wreck. I mean, there goes my Vicious Ant stabby, lol, but I’ll surv.

Hope you have a better night!

What was the rta you suggested to me? I can’t recall
Edit... it was pages and pages ago. I’ll never find it otherwise

@Opinionated is quicker than me ;)

    In a nutshell:

    Hotcig centaur mtl mini RTA
Airflow/draw - airier than the doggy, not as airy as the Fresia wide open
Deck - tiny tiny hex screws (and L shaped Allen key) is the major flaw. It also installs better coil up
Wicking - Loves rayon. With cotton, thin the hell out of it
Flavour - awesome in 2ml mode (but thirsty). Only a slight slight drop in flavour in 5ml bubbled mode. But I'm still playing with coil placement.
Leaking - only if you have a loose leg  otherwise bone dry
Refilling - push to fill sliding top fill - easypeasy and no gurgling or leaking after filling

It is really growing on me, especially since I figured out (by reading the frickin manual ) that it's designed for coil up. I'm now getting much better flavour from it and the draw is just perfect
