Thanks for mentioning that. I wasn't aware they included a thicker oring, the seeping of juice drives me crazy.
IncorrigibleIt's pretty unique and simple to dial in. The barrel has an outer ring you turn for adjustment. The top cap is threaded, so you tighten down the cap to secure the outer ring when you have it set the way you like. Readjusting is just as simple. Also, since the barrel is in two pieces, you can mix and match colors for a two tone look. Kent has lots of different colors on his site - twistedmesses.com - so you can buy different AFC rings or mix colors if you have multiple RDAs like so...

Lots of options. The Eclipse caps in delrin, ultem and PCTG are great too. Oh, also the TM24 and TM24 Pro accessories are interchangeable.
Cheaper to not go the kit route for supplies. See if any of these recipes appeal to you and order the full pack of flavors. You'll have enough flavoring left over to do other recipes as well. Best flavor vendor imo.I am thinking about getting into DIY. I was looking at the DIY kit at Nicotine River, and they have a couple of options when it comes to choosing flavor manufacturers. Is one considered better than the other, or are they pretty much the same across the board?

PM me if you have any questions. Thanks so much Letitia!!!
Okay, so after a couple of ibuprofen and about three cups of coffee I got this cleaning job sorted. Looked worse than it actually was but I think my new rule from now on is to only have three RTA's and one RDA in rotation at a time.View attachment 812159
With my water species I am running about a 95% success rate. It's my 2nd year with my desert species and it's been pretty bad because I had trouble with humidity last year. I breed primarily diamondback terrapins, southern black knobs, ringed back maps, and yellow blotched maps.
Here is a couple of my diamondbacks I produced last year:

I loved the KF Mini back in the day, always ran it full size at a screaming 12.5W on the Kanger iPow2.Haven't had time to post lately. These arrived over the last couple of weeks (except the true rta which I got in early March).
True RTA on VaporFi V-Grip 75
ST clone Crafter's Den Pocket RTA
Clone Kayfun Mini 2.1 on EVOD Twist

The mini has been an experience. Can't get the vacuum to set so it gurgles (best case) and leaks. I've tried different coil/wick types, sizes, placement. Cover the airhole, turn upsidedown, etc. Nothing works. Prob going to use it in dripper mode next time it's empty. Not like I'm going to carry that around in my pocket anyway.
The pocket is an excellent RDL tank if assembled correctly. No leaks and it wicked ~80VG liquid like a champ.

Gave that dt to the kids.
What...Gave that dt to the kids.
If I'd have known I would have sent them your way. Might still have one in the box, haven't gotten around to building the gear yet.What...![]()
Tis' a DT of sheer awesomeness, I have one on the BB too. I need to find more!

The CSMT was on the list purely for aesthetics, it's a nice looking RDA. I have a tobeco Rose V2 that I still use on occasion with salts these days, amazing flavor RTA. I figured the V3 might have been better, an improved V2 with updated airflow etc but I guess that's not always the case. Thanks for the info.Oh there's more to the collection than just those, I'm a dedicated shiny fan.Interesting choices you've gone for buddy. The Spheroid V4 I totally get and that's a real favourite of mine. Was so much better before I trashed the Piccolo that went with it, perfect for a discrete stealth vape. Cosmonaut RDA is another strange choice, cool design but doesn't exactly excel, nice engravings mind you. As for the Rose3... well it may be heresy to say but that is one of the few tanks where I prefer the SXK clone version to the original. Why you wonder... stupid spring airflow that often falls out and you end up combing the carpet for. I have other issues with it too... Rose V2 is far better.
I like my Jac, a lot .But.... I think (???) you’re more on my side of mods. I don’t care for its height. Just less pocket friendly, easier to dump when working. It’s small, but tall. Very battery efficient to me, but for the form factor, I might as well take a tube/Provari.![]()
The height of the Jac is the only thing holding me back, and that they are out of stock
