I loved it aesthetically but I bloody struggled to get a decent vape from it for me. It was almost good but not quite.
I did try, oh Lord how I tried but small coils and one slit shut down was unimpressive, larger steel spaced wide open was meh and nichrome full dual air slits was like putting your lips on a steam pipe.
Did look good though. If it ever comes back to me from the gent who borrowed it, I will gladly pass it on to you.
Thanks for the very generous offer, but if it's a struggle to get any taste from it I'll give it a pass. I have a box full of meh RDAs now and am getting too lazy on this journey to faff around with gear trying to get flavor from it. ;)

One of the members posting in the Mtl thread mentioned doing a mesh genny build in the Mulciber. You put the mesh directly over the hole so when you squonk, the juice flows up through the mesh tube. Might be a something new to try...

Am I the first to point out that this megathread contains a misnomer? The suffix -itis refers to an inflammation. If you have an inflammation of the shinies please keep it to yourself thanks. The proper suffix for an abnormal condition would be -osis. As in, "I can afford to sustain my shinyosis thanks to all the tobacco tax I'm saving."

Good call. I've a mesh slug in my hellfire short cranked that's superb with tobacco (if a little warm).

I have a300 mm came with the camera kit, which is what I used yesterday, and last year, at the marsh. I bought the 500 from Amazon for $1250. I’ll see it on sale for half that, I’m sure, any minute because that’s my luck.

That was the best price online I found, aside from used stuff. I didn’t want to risk it to save a hundred bucks though

So no used cars for me this year. Fortunately my truck ought to last a few more years, lol.

My dil is into Canon, and I had one. Hated it and gave it to my daughter. None of the controls made sense to me. I just get Nikon. The Canon took good pictures when I could cajole it into doing what it was supposed to do, but this one’s not half as frustrating.

There are some very responsible vendors on photo gear who are trustworthy on used equipment. BHPhoto does a lot of business in NY and has a large online presence. They turn over a fair amount of used gear with trade ins and whatnot with all the pro photo studios in
NY. They rate the condition fairly and can offer warranty on equipment. Just something to keep in mind.

-osis as a suffix is associated with a chronic condition, -itis with an acute condition. Given the acute and rapid onset experienced by those in this thread -itis is more appropriate to characterize the disorder. Whether it can ever be considered as a chronic rather than acute issue might just be judged by how many overdrafts folks here pay each month to get that one last item on sale they can't see slip away.

If you think about it, Herpes Support Group could be a viable solution to the -osis/-itis debate.

No, sorry Charlie. That wasn't clear was it. I was referring to the snapdragon.
I've not tried the narea yet. Like vape Muppet the narda as good as it was whistled. I do have the narca which is good but I prefer the o atty. I will give the naRA a try soon.
The salix is very good if your clone shopping. As are the airlab and convergent clones.
Apologies.
Just for the record the concept of whistling vape muppets creates...interesting mental pictures..

Thanks! I had a blast. Almost didn’t go because my bird buddy is out of town on a trip. I’ve never gone out by myself and my anxiety was through the roof.

I heard the causeway was flooded and there were 10,000 people expected.

But I’m glad I faced my fears. I’m thinking I deserve that 500 mm lense just for that lol. Picture is a black-throated green warbler.
At least it’s not an oven bird. That would set the tree on fire.

I don't know about you, but I find many of the posts here to be of an inflammatory nature (speaking shinitively of course). Just this morning I had to take break as my shiny was all aflame.

I've bought headphones from B&H, the ones they are allowed to ship to Canada at least. It's supposedly quite an impressive store.

Oh, it is. They have a whole conveyor system to feed all your selections down to the correct register for checkout. And everything really is in stock. They're very hard to stump on availability. Once in a while for some specialty archival inks for a printer I had to wait a few days for but otherwise everything I wanted was always there. And they really are fair. You might save a few dollars elsewhere but generally not with the same reliability.

The other one that's great, in person and online is Adorama Camera. They give BH a run for the money.

I am officially back from the wilds, aka, the mountains of East Tennessee, from daughter #2’s graduation. I missed the nude nicotine sale (ugh), then....was going to pick up some zenith coils instead, but didn’t see any good prices. Of course, we’ve been driving for two days and I am beyond brain dead (more than usual)....

So, did I miss anything exciting in the last 30 pages I don’t have the energy to read?
