They are best...the smaller young leaves contains the most. Best of all is to get a plant or seed and plant it in the garden. Got me some seeds and waiting for spring to grow my own tree...

The more research one does, the more one knows about it in the end. The leaves/powder has to be bright green. Down at a cellular level out bodies are struggling because it doesnt have the fuel to build/protect itself properly. Weak immune systems are mostly caused by a lack of minerals, vitamins etc. in the body. The fresh vegetables (most important of all for our health) grown with fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides and fungicides, does not contain what our bodies need to grow healthy cells and anti bodies etc etc...!
Not to mention all the processed junk we consume...life is so rushed, we're always looking for convenience, but our bodies eventually pays the price.
Bottom line, our food is our most important weapon when it comes to our health. FOOD (and the right supplements) IS MEDICINE....period !!! Go organic as much as we can.

a couple of things that help me at release time 1) there are a zillion more to save 2) they need their own home where they are only 1 or 2 in the home and someone's love baby (if I kept one it would be #4 in my home and they deserve more than that) 3) they forget you within 7 days and begin to love whoever is feeding them as much as they loved you
I know most of what you are saying and I changed things up over a year ago pertaining to what I put in my body. I am buying 99% organic. I buy all produce at Trader Joes. I buy my meat from a butcher who imports it from Colorado and no anti-biotics or other nonsense in it. I take a boatload of supplements including Alpha Lipoic Acid, Milk Thistle, Circumin. Papaya and Pineapple enzymes and of course pro-biotics and many other things. I drink 2 tbspoon of Apple Cider daily to help keep my immune system on the alkaline side. And I do the vital reds for the reservatrol. I cannot do anything for the pain in the my hands and toes from arthritis. Yeah I hope it works for you. I also live a similar lifestyle as you do (the last year), but couldn't get rid of the hand pains (especially winter times). Since I started the Moringa, i'm pain free....!

Rescue dogs are awesome! I’ve been adopting senior and/or disabled (blind, another with a messed up spine and neurological problems) dogs for quite a longtime.
Unfortunately with my health problems I just don’t have it in me to adopt another. The 2 I have right now are puppy mill rescues. Levi was 8 yo and Haley was 5 when I got her. I couldn’t love any more than I do.
Their condition was horrible. I’d like to close down every single one of those disgusting places.
It’s so awesome to hear of other peoples rescues.

got my recurve dual. mind blown? no, not really. nothing to grumble about however and flavour is decent. gets a little hot on the lips with two whatevertheyares at 0.13.

Thanks for your thoughts on that. The single is a winner, but so far I’ve not found any duals that can match a single coil for flavor. I need to start playing with different builds to see how to get the most out of them
And btw, that’s what my legs look like by the end of No Shave November.
