I feel better. Swear to God, yoga fixes everything for me. If I could just get an accommodation that I could do 10 minutes of yoga every time I feel stressed, I could probably cope with a lot more. I'd save a ton of money on benzos.

Well, no nasty emails addressed to me as yet. I'm just gonna cross my fingers at this meeting and pray... Maybe I will offer up the yoga solution. It's no weirder than some other stuff I've been dealing with lately. Etc.

They ARE gonna have to have the HR meeting though. It is technically mandated. So I better be thinking creatively.

    Anna

    Hope it works out Anna.

Word of advice on HR. They aren't a Union, they work for the company not for you. What HR types want to hear is solutions not gripes, solutions make their job easy, gripes make their job hard. Not sure yoga would do it but you are on the right track there. They already know what your concerns are, give them suggestions about what would settle your concerns. It shouldn't include the Doc you don't like being eaten alive by rats. You're the newbie there, you have to accept that nothing much is going to change. Give them something non-painful and easy to do and life will be good. You'll be the person who took a problem off their plate.

That's if you really want to go on working there. If your principles are more important to you than the job then do what you have to do, but don't expect to win.

    morning all.
    today's commute mostly features slipknot.
have nothing to track which until the luna ships. abstaining rather well. not really through choice.
been working on my liquids site but don't really have any plans to use it in anger. i like to tinker but usually i just run the servers and let people deal with their own stuff. riveting ain't it.
    greetings from amid the smir.

China mail showed up today (hotcig g100 and a Solo). Battling with the stomach bug, I’ll unbox tomorrow.
like the feel of the solo a lot better than the original, except for the wimpy battery plug in comparison.hope you feel better soon.

Hate the camera I'm using, but here's a quickie picture of today's shiny's set up.
Have the new gold Profile Unity Mesh RTA on the new Fuschai Black running DIY Rum Nog, and put the new Matt Steel Profile Mesh rda on the purple Squeeze 2 running DIY Evil Root.

This is easier than making pictures right now (but I will take pics eventually when they are set up and on line)... the end of the month Shiny's were picked up this morning. I have a bunch of TC mods mothballed away, but don't want to dig them out. So I'll use the solid door on the squonk mod as it will run my second gold Profile Unity Mesh RTA (all 3 of my Fuchai's will be running these RTA's instead of using them as squonk mods). Another matte silver Profile Mesh RDA was also here today. I think I'll put it on either the silver Topside or on the purple Eleaf Squeeze 2. These Shiny's bring me up to 10 Profile RDA's and 6 Profile Unity RTA's. It's sad in a way, but I have been enjoying all these Profiles so much day and night that all my other mesh gear is on standby for now.

I must admit i've always liked the Fuchai. I'm looking across at my early version which sits there with the Mutation RDA atop :) A seriously good RDA in its day!!

Steam Crave has as their latest release the Aromamizer Lite 23mm single coil postless deck. That they advertised for mtl/dL but I feel it’s not restricted enough for a mtl. Supposedly the second run will include a different af ring to tighten up the draw but I haven’t gotten the replacement yet.
Heartsdelight ....thanks...i will look into this one :) I used to be a loose DL vaper but now i've gone to restricted DL and sometimes I enjoy even tighter....you know 0.5 ohm coils and a lovely relaxing vape IMO.

Ugh too much reading. I'm home and I am sitting. I made it to 1:30 (after sending my letter) and then Head Doc showed up for some meeting and said, "Hi, Anna" and carried on. He looked.... The dude is bald and has features like an eagle. I thought he was out of town on some like, holiday or something.

I have reached the self-loathing stage. I know the husband is ...... off about it. But, l he's also not living it either. I was at the other site and it was exactly as I imagined. Bring, babies every once in a while. I like kids, not babies. At least I got some old notes done.

But I'm pretty sure something horrible (not sure what) is going to happen to me. It's going to SUCK is what it is going to do, be it demotion, a good old ride out on a rail firing, l don't KNOW what. I have been through these things before. I have been fire so hard, security had to accompany me to remove those things.

But this is a job I LOVE. Every single part of it besides the risk factor of my sociopath. When I said I wanted to retire there, I MEANT it.

So being rode out on a rail (even if I get compensatory money later, whatever) is not something I am really gonna cope with that well.

So I can't help hating myself, and I don't know what else to do. The letter was not mean. It was factual.

I still just have a sense I am on a kind of slow and coasty ride to like be rode out on a rail.

You know when you love a job I bet that hurts a lot. And, I will say, I am not looking forward to it.

Oh well... Made it through another day. I guess.

    Anna
I think you'll be fine...as long as it was factual and not abusive....they won't be able to do anything and they'll respect you all the more for it :) IMO.

    Good morning shinies

I sent a message to sourcemore to express surprise that my 2 luna's had not been shipped. They emailed this morning with the tracking number....that makes it 6 packages on the way with one nearly at the door....i'm hoping that each package gives me enough time to open the one before....

Otherwise things could get out of hand :D Literally.

So, i've received my loooong awaited shiny that i've been looking forward to soooo much. Here she is....
    20190624_173233.jpg

I'm not to crazy about the colour. I actually wanted the blue camo, but 3F didn't stock that. Took this and thought i'll give it a nice spray job, but that's not possible now as it has glass side panels. I can get over that, as i'm not to .... about looks. Good solid performance is what really counts for me.
Anyway filled the pod (0.8ohm mesh) and let it sit for at least 30min. I started her up and was straight away impressed with the flavor, vapor and awesome throat hit....well that quickly dissipated when she dished out her first DRY HIT
I hoped and prayed she wanted more time so I left it overnight. Next morning same thing. It just don't keep up the way the Orion can. One 3 sec pull and 5 sec rest and the next pull is either a semi dry or on the verge of one. My new hope and prayer is that its just this first pod that has this issue. Man this is VERY frustrating. I love a good pod for when i'm out and about. Been loving my Orion but its a bit underpowered.
Now with every pull i'm wondering what i'm getting....a good hit, or a semi dry one....not good !!!

I feel for you there Fred. It's so annoying when you research a purchase, watch vids etc. and then you get it and it doesn't work properly :(

I don't know if this helps but of all my 6 pods 4 of them need a longish coil break in until they work well enough.....I would persevere with little puffs and see. Mind you i've never had dry hits on any of mine :) Good luck.
