I had the same problem when I did the Squeezer. I actually sanded through it and had to fill and patch. Luckily its black and so was the filler. Much more important to plan and execute well with stab wood...

Yesterday I pulled a whole contractor bag of weeds. My gardener is way behind schedule for all the rain we had, just now catching up. I have an appointment for next week but took advantage of the cool weather yesterday because I didn’t know if my campanula could survive wrapped in choke weed that long.

Today I need to at least push mow out front.

Sitting on the porch having coffee and Georgia found the neighbor kid’s ball. I’m probably gonna owe him a couple bucks, lol, because I don’t think she’s going to want to give it back.

Beautiful mod. Doesn’t look like they took too much off, just enough to soften the squareness. I’m not fond of the teeth marks on the metal though.

I’m starting to wonder if the Luna is going to attain a special status like a couple other mods that people wax nostalgic about. They already have a special place in my heart.

Yes well anything that you actually work on takes on a special significance...so i'm already attached to my polished Luna more than I was and will be even more so on the other one if I contour it

Ps. I agree about the teeth marks...kind of looks damaged doesn't it.

Good morning shiners! Up early today for no good reason. Guess that means a nap to even things out this afternoon. Next week will be a busy on for me with all sorts of stuff I promised to do for some folks. I've got to learn to say no better.

You know what they say, got to do a good deed every day. If you get it out of the way early you can go back to being a total b@@@@@ for the rest of the day and not feel guilty.

Those stabwood mods are really something. I've been going for practical rather than fancy since I started. Provaris, then Picos, and now Aegis Solos. I need to get at least one mod just because it looks good. Same with tanks actually.

Seeing as asMODus still has their 4th sale running (through 8/1) I just grabbed a couple more 1 of 1 Luna's. I see they are down to two pages from what used to be a consistent four, hmmm. IDK what's going on with that.

I like my new stabwood a heck of lot more now. IDK if I just needed to get used to it but it's great.

I purchased. Someone mentioned the Xpro Xcavator v4 (yeah, that's not it's real name) but it looked so my speed! Bubble glass extension cap made of PYREX. That, I had to get elsewhere, namely FT but the RTA was cheaper in the US. Then, I was like, "I should get some bubble tanks for my trues. I bought five, and seriously I could have bought 50 and it would make no difference. Sigh. Perhaps my fine motor tremor going away will help me. Then I got some doggy y2ks and other bits and pieces.

Curse you, 10 months decision. I am GLAD I know I do not need more mods (I like expensive mods) but still... As the end nears, if it's looking grim, well, I may have to hand my bankcard to the husband after I withdraw cash for the week.

Also, have him change my paypal account.

We'll see. I mean it was fine... But.

I just went to AsMODus and the site’s not working. Must be all the Lunatics grabbing a sale mod.

I mixed up SIL’s juice and a couple for me. Knocked the bottle of chocolate donut on the floor - all that was in it was flavors and about half spilled out. I’m normally a little more into precision but I guestimated how much more to add and finished making it rather than dump and start again. Must have been pretty close because it tastes just fine.

I have a lot of favorite recipes now. Very happy with my juice line up.
