I love the Pumper 18 and am currently fighting an urge to buy another (I already have two). The only thing stopping me is that I haven't fallen in love any of the 1-on-1s on the Asmodus site. Lightning may yet strike, though.
I am in the same boat with trying to find a purple 1 of 1 that pops out from the pack.
Zzzzzzzt ... I hope lightning strikes and they put up more of each. ;)

View attachment 830817 Is this shiny enough to participate in this thread?
All are welcome in the Shiny thread!!! ;)
And you don't even need something shiny just fire away.
I'm looking at picking up one of those or the Stratum tube mod Heartsdelight posted a photo of earlier.
With extra MOSFET's and a spare fire button if I go the Cthulhu route. ;)

TubeModTuesday?

TubeModTuesday! In shiny news, I have a Kayfun Lite on the way to add some Tootle to my Puff and I picked up a pack of disposable mesh tanks to see what that mess is all about. Fun stuff on the horizon.

Maybe I'll try again with a screwdriver. I'm probably being too tentative. I tend to overcompensate for my natural tendency to overdo.

I wish I knew why the thing fill apart this morning. Any ideas?
The screw that holds the button assembly together got all the way loose. Check it every day. Hold the button with your thumb and use a flathead to tighten it down.

Shiny detour into battery land. Did you know Tesla cars use 18650 batteries?

The most popular battery pack supplied by Tesla contains 7,104 18650 cells in 16 444 cell modules capable of storing up to 85 kWh of energy. Recently their engineers reconfigured battery packs to hold 516 cells per module for a total of 8,256 18650's. A recharge requires 20-40 minutes. Talk about fast charging batteries.

Tesla and Panasonic created the 21700 battery. And Tesla has its own mega-factory for making 21700 cells called the Gigafactory (photo).

I have zero clue how many batteries they make per day but I bet they are shiny!

All Things You Need to Know about Tesla 21700 / 20700 Battery

These are 18650's from a Tesla battery tear down.

Thanks I was given one and it didn’t have one so I was curious.
If you are looking for a BF pin for it try FT. I know they sell BF pins and maybe they have one that fits. Or maybe GeekVape sells them under accessories.

It must have arrived loose. I used the mod for a bare few hours, and only intermittently then. I did notice more play in the button as time passed, though. Perhaps it just doesn't take much to loosen the screw. Seems like a design flaw to me, but maybe it serves some purpose I don't understand?

And, yeah, I figured out that thumb trick pretty early on in my multiple dis- and reassemblies as I was trying to figure out what the heck was going on.

Anyone have a curved drip tip that isn’t a pipe stem?

I have this one ... including a shot of it on an Etna for relative scale (since I know you have one):

Probably got it from FT years ago ... I could send it to you if you want it (PM me).
