This weekend I heard that a very close friend who I haven't seen much of in several years is seriously ill. She moved to the southwest in the late 2000s and we lost track of each other. She was one of a tight knit group of friends I had who did everything together. The kind you have before the obligations of life take over. I've been spending my morning remembering the late 90s-early 2000s.

I'm sorry to hear about your friend.. hugs for you..

Afternoon all,
Hate to come on here and sound dumb but I am not in the know about some things. Hear bits and pieces. I have tried to catch up a few times but could not.
Are we in danger of not being able to buy flavored juice soon?
I cannot tell you the times I panicked as per the news and jumped into something, then later learned to wait and see.
One time I got up in the middle of the night and ordered like a liter of Butter Pecan juice from Mt Baker Vapor (18mgs). It was in my early early days of vaping and I had found almost no juices I liked and that one I could slightly tolerate. Heard some news that buying ejuice would come to an abrupt halt in no time and so I ordered it. That nasty liter of stuff sat under my kitchen cabinet for years.

You have an estimated 2 months to stock up on any flavors other than tobacco.

Ach, bad enough the damn NY flavor ban. My daughter, bless her heart, tried to be a good person when an elderly lady approached her in her bank branch ad needed help cashing a cashier's check. She needed it for medicine (right) but didn't have a bank account, and could my daughter please cash it for her? Even offered my daughter part of it to entice her to help. My daughter of course fell for it and did the "Oh no, of course I'll help you. No need to give me anything, you need it".

Fake cashier's check. Bounced three days after she deposited it. $900. Oldest scam in the book around here and she fell for it.

So much for worrying about rounding out any last orders before the 10/4 cutoff in NY. Now I'll have to ship stuff to her mom's home in CT and wait for her to go visit and return with the "illegal goods".

It is legal, just being facetious.

I'll stick with
Seriously though I do hope with all my heart she doesn't let this incident turn her off of trusting any stranger; hopefully she will just pause and consider the circumstances before jumping in.
