Just got an email from IMR about a new VTC6a from Murata (Sony)

If Mooch can validate that 40A rating, it's really hard to justify dual 18650 mods anymore. 40A AND 4,100 mAh is pretty tough to beat for power and runtime unless you're running at crazy high wattage.

Don, never mind. IMR fooled me. Mooch already reviewed it under the Sony name, it performs about the same as a Samsung 40T. No 40A. My bad. Forget I said anything.
