Good morning and Happy Sunday shiners , nursing a nasty head cold today, funny thing is I used to get 3 to 4 head colds a year when I smoked this is my first one in about 3 yrs since switching to vaping. Coincidence ? Getting ready to put the Aegis Squonk through the paces and thought anyone interested would like to see the conversion cover that turns it into a regular mod , the extra bottle is in the picture also.

What are you using for flavoring for your DIY lime?

Morning all. Yesterday was hard, but so many people came. The funeral staff had to bring out every chair they had, and there were still people standing. No surprise, Mom was loved by everyone.

Some of the family left this morning, others are leaving tomorrow, so I’m going to visit again today.

I love the aqua marine tones and the fish.... Sorry to hear about your other cup. We do get attached to these things.

My favourite mug has an ochre and green theme but like yours is handmade and keeps my coffee... And sometimes tea...

I'll let you know if the Meshlock beats the profile :)

Have a great day my friend :)

Blue has always been my favorite color... and I have large collections of Indian and Eskimo artifacts (from North to South America) and worldwide prehistoric fossils.

After zooming in on the picture you posted of the Meshlock, finding and reading a description of its features: I'll go out on a limb a little and say that based on my over 2 years experience vaping mesh RDA's exclusively I don't see this one beating the Profiles in any category. IMO it's cap is just a clone of the best features of a Profile's cap with what in use will be a little less versatile for MTL draw due to the design of it's AFC (that's just splitting hairs though). While it's build deck is certainly doable it's spring clamp mesh strip system will be problematic when building... and the number one kicker of all is that it doesn't have the spring loaded deck that a Profile has that makes it so reliably easy to build for even a first timer into mesh RDA's. That build deck sets the Profiles apart from all the others I have that are fire breathing dragons that you have to learn how to build them right with the right wicking for your uses to tame them. Just my :2c:, YMMV.

I wouldn't be interested in obtaining any of the Meshlock RDA's even if I was still buying gear. My Profile Mesh RDAs/Profile Mesh RTA's and the Digiflavor Mesh Pro RDA's still rule the roost in my vaping. Even so I wish you good luck with them as they will be a new learning experience for you (and learning something new is always a positive thing).

Ending up finding my perfect boxmod to use with RTAs.

I put in an order for a custom thing like this...

I got the DNA75C chip though and have it internally mounted so no screws will show. The door will be drilled out to take a 21700.

Kept stainless buttons because I think the industrial look works better with a hammond enclosure but I got a black 510.

Not sure how long it'll take the guy to put it together but came out cheaper than buying a DNA75C mod. $113 USD... compared to something like a mirage I think I got a good deal. Here in Canada used ones are selling for RRP or slightly higher. With legalization apparently it's become a favourite among those that smell of skunk.

Bonus that hammond enclosures are my all time favourite look.

Friend send me picture of his next to a dotaio -- it's tiny. Especially for a 21700.

What is that custom mod, Dom? Looks like a good size, no wasted space.

Hi all catching up on all the news fit to print. No clue what is going on but I had two mirages and they both well, I'm hard on mods. The battery door broke on both. I sold one to a member who kept telling me to warranty them and as he was relentlessly like telling me to (and how to) warranty the other, well, I did. I can't decide if I should use it, sell it, or use it wrapped in gauze or something. I also broke a zenith. Don't ask me how. So I might need to get a couple of those.

    Hope all are well.

    Morning shinies ;)

I just realised I have no shinies inbound, nada, not even a drip tip
I'm working hard on fixing that today

I'm sure it helped you get through the day, knowing how many people cared about your Mom. Look after yourself - and by that I mean pamper yourself silly ;)

Parts are on DIY Box Mod Kits and Supplies Canada - Analog Box Mods

You can pick the enclosure, board, battery sled, etc. Need to assemble it yourself or find someone to assemble it for you.

I was debating between 250C dual 21700 or the 75C with a single 21700. Picked the single because if it was the 250C i'd never use it away from home.

I don't have the tools so I got a friend of a friend to do it for me.
