Just did some research and learned that fish oil is even better than flax seed oil for dry eyes. I already take megadoses of that, so I guess I'm covered.
I'm sure Systane Ultra doesn't hold a candle to your prescription tears, but I slam many drops of it into my eyes every day. I also wear these goggle things when I sleep. They come with foam pads that you soak in water and fit inside the goggly part. Mine broke the other day, and my eyes have been noticeably drier while waiting for the replacement (which arrived today, blessedly).

I never liked flax seed, but I used to use fish oil. I didn’t know it was supposed to help with dry eyes. I stopped taking it when my Raynaud’s went into remission, but I should find some.
I turned on the ventless heater in the living room a couple days ago, but haven’t gotten around to getting the one in the basement lit yet. Fortunately the furnace is working fine. That’s always a crap shoot, old as it is. It’s been less than a week since I took out and covered the air conditioners lol.

@charlie1465 We have also been using this for over 3 years, and I have not had an cold or respiratory infection since I’ve been using it. If you do a little research, you’ll find that pure ascorbic acid used at high doses injected instead of swallowed has great promise as an alternative cancer treatment. It tremendously boosts the immune system and goes straight to work killing the cancer cells. I can’t personally attest to its effectiveness at treating cancer, but I used to get sinus and respiratory infections chronically several times a year and haven’t had so much as a cold in the over 3 years I’ve been using it. Hope you’re feeling better today my friend.

Our cupboards are full of various different seeds, nuts and other féculents but I definitely will look at flax seeds.
When we started using the nutri bullet we were a bit unsure but it didn't take long for my wife to start swearing by it. It's an excellent way of getting some really great nutrients into your system
And contrary to popular opinion spinach does taste nice when whizzed with your favourite fruits. That's an important thing to consider though... The big sugar rush can really mess about with bodies systems Hope that you and your doggie family have a nice Sunday

I have my Monday blood test tomorrow so I will find out whether my count has gone below 8 which is transfusion territory. Thanks a lot again I really appreciate it
