Yep, they call it a Bast*** v2. I have two of the single battery unicorns and you should’ve seen me the first time I fired one of those. Had my arm stretched out as far as it would go lol. I use them all the time now, not so scary. I may pull out the big guy, just for fun. But it does seem rather ridiculous, I only got it because of that, conversation piece.

Sorry about your mod.
When you build for that make sure to build over 1 ohm. Series mechs will fire at 8.4V on a fresh pair of batteries.

@Zazie, a nice Merlot may well work with that.

A good cup of Tea is my style, as I gave up drinking years ago. But I may have just traded vices?

I love tea. I usually go lazy and use Lipton bags, but I just got some loose leaf and new tea balls. I love the whole ritual of making a pot, getting the dainty cups, putting everything on a tray. I love the sound good bone China makes in the saucer. It’s the girliest and most civilized thing I do. I bake a mean biscotti too.

I’m going to need thinner wire to get to 1 ohm, and a bit of practice with it. It came with a dual coil atty so that’s going to be ... interesting.

Marrying batteries seems like a good idea. Mooch seems to believe after some testing better married than not. Given any voltage difference will limit you to the weakest battery I would expect that would be more noticeable on a mech as there’s no circuit to balance discharge them. I guess if they are new, same brand and type, you could put together two singles that haven’t been used much and then always charge them together, but mismatched batteries in a mech just doesn’t feel like a good call for performance or safety.

I’ll just buy two more 21700s and use those two for a stacked build. Thanks. Now it’s just a waiting game for Sourcemore to deliver me my new mech mod!

I got my new squeezer working again it’s very simple and it was just a loose connection causing it not to fire. That’s good I’m really enjoying this squonk mod.

This is heartbreaking, Terri. What a wonderful, caring person you are and the heavens thank you for your warm generosity. I'm so sorry about the pup and I hope the woman you're trying to help can get some relief from her situation. Prayers your way. I know what it's like to try and save the helpless ones. Some make it and sadly it's too late for others. Bless your heart.

ETA: This was meant as a direct reply to @chanelvaps Sorry for the confusion but thank you, Terri for posting it or I wouldn't have seen it. This Shiny thread moves faster than the speed of FT carts before Chinese New Year.

Not sure how thin wire will do with that kind of power. 26ga kanthal with lots of wraps might work well. I like this setup I saw on Reddit but at only .62 ohms with 24ga kanthal it would really pack a punch.

I just now placed an order with Sourcemore. I thought I had dealt with them in the past (way past) but I had to register an account. I'd like to know how it goes for you.

My daughter and I ran across this little sweetie and her daughter playing in traffic in front of a beaten down house on a highway. We stopped to tell the peeps their dogs were in the street. The lady was losing her home, her boyfriend would not let the dogs stay inside and she had no way to contain them. We gave our phone number in case she needed help rehoming. She called the next day, one had been run over and she wanted to give up the other. We picked her up. Of course she was covered in fleas, so I took her for a groom. I put an expensive flea collar on her and made an appointment for spay (she is also in heat), vaccines, de-worm and heartworm test. She went today and the bad news is she is heartworm positive. Treatment for heartworms is $900-1,500.

I remember seeing the bustard on a link you sent me once. Lol a vape conversation piece that’s funny. I would want to use it! I’m gonna aim to do my first build around 0.30 to 0.40 when I get my stacked mech.
A .3 build would put you around 235W.

I thought it would be 180 watts? 24 amps well within my batteries cdr limit of 35 amps.

3.7 times 2 is 7.4 volts.

I thought 4.2 volts was just the amount the battery holds. The battery discharges 3.7 volts down until it reaches a certain point from my understanding.

Are you talking about a series mech mod? If so, you want to keep your ohms on the high side. I try not to go below .6 ohms. They also seem to like hefty, textured coils.
