Hi Shinies! I have missed you all and the shiny craziness.
My life has been getting away from me and things have not been what I might call copacetic. However the good news is I figured out I MIGHT have died from a heart attack but that did not happen (the heart attack) and even my pharmacist (who I visited in Sierra Vista today) is like, "Yes, we will put you back on your OLD meds, and yes, we will send you back to your ONE true PCP.)
Who is in Tucson and a long drive but from that terrible Nicholas Cage movie about death, I think death might be an even longer drive perhaps.

definitely not March if you can choose. April can be touch n go with rain but March is just a mess.
Well I for one am certainly glad you did not die but would be very interested in hearing more about your experience especially since heart attacks are the number one killer of women in this country and often present very differently than the well publicized symptoms that men have.
You’d be doing us all a service to know more Anna. I’m shaking just thinking about it.

Oh it was just my psycho "I had thyroid cancer!" doctor messing with my thyroid (repeatedly) and making the numbers worse every time. I mean, STAY away from docs with causes.... I have this sort of funky mix of thyroid that has been working for 10 years plus endocrinologist approved natural thyroid that some people hate, and she took everything and turned it upside down and I was just dumb enough to LET her but I have been feeling kind of super sick and like emailing her "I do not feel so good' and she was all Nazi like, "Wait for the labwork!" So I did only I got it Friday afternoon because our labs are all connected and like, I was at total heart attack levels in fact I went to go fill my dose only because I was OUT and I was like going from "You could have a heart attack any second-- really--- good thing I am made of stern stuff. to like NOTHING is probably also unsafe.
So like my pharmacy had a big "SPEAK to pharmacist with like 4 freaking pills in it," and I was like "That's cool I wanted to ask the pharmacist if I can split these pills safely I have NO clue but I am NOT okay I thought I had the flu actually but nope, it's all my dumb doc."
My pharmacy which is pretty good, well the pharmacist was like, "Urm um we want you to talk to your doc--" and I was like, "Oh, you must have checked my lab levels TOO. I got mine on Friday. The second I did I made an appointment with this lunatic to tell her to put me back on my old meds to bridge me to my OLD PCP," but I could not get supervisor approval in time so I had to cancel it. It might be nice if she called, though." And she was like, "She will CALL." And I was like, "nice, and might I possibly like NOT take ANY thyroid for a few days etc I feel like DEATH and she was like "Yes, you can go two days."
So I think I go back to Tucson, but it's better than... I printed out ALL my labs from this lady and like, EVERY change she made was worse She couldn't cope with typical or something but I will never have a doc with a "pet cause" that matches mine again. They SUCK..
I doubt I will need to see cariology but I am like over the hump, now. Etc. Hopefully.

Mabye in Canada we have different batteries ha I don’t know but I will take all of what you guys say into consideration. I’m not trying to argue, thanks for looking out for me. I’ll try starting out higher like 0.5 and seeing how that works. I’m usually pushing the limits with a 0.11 ohm or 0.13 ohm build on my single battery 21700 mech mods and enjoy the vape a lot so I’m sure I’ll enjoy the stacked mech as well . I’ll just be careful especially while learning more about them.
When I was in rehab in 2015 there was a guy in there who was missing a bunch of his front lip and teeth from a vape exploding in his mouth. He talked all funny and was permanently disfigured because of it. He was a engineer who always did stupid stuff with electronics. He tried sneaking a phone in and charging it directly in the wall socket blowing it up and shutting the building power off .
I forget what he did with his vape because I didn’t vape at the time but he said he was doing something he wasn’t supposed to do with it. I’m guessing it was a mechanical mod back in the Wild West days of vaping .
