Just buy whichever one floats your boat. That is what I did with the 4 bay new nitecore I got. I like em, they are reliable and OMG have the fixed the "sled issue" since my 2 bay 4 years ago. Smooth as butter.

I like Nitecore because it's really low tech. When it comes to my batteries sometimes, eh, I don't want to know.

You probably feel differently. But I am offering you the "dumb out" option and sometimes that is nice after a bunch of specs.

Looks nice. I’m tempted, but I’ve bought five mods this week and it’s only Tuesday.
I'm tempted to grab a Broadside myself.

The shiny part of my brain says "yes, buy it"!!! :D
The sort of mature and responsible side says "but you don't need it". :nah:

Hmmm ... which side shall I listen to?

Why am I asking all of you when I know exactly what you'll say!!!
Everyone of you has at least a Masters in Shinyitus!!! :p

Where is the rational(izing) side of your brain? ... you know, the side that weighs the fact that this is likely a very limited time opportunity and an obvious investment in your long term vaping freedom? I mean, surely the mature/responsible side can't just plug its ears and sing LA LA LA in the face of rational hard logic ... right?

There's a trick to those old nitecore sleds that got stuck. When its unplugged, lube the area under the sliding contacts with the end of a paper towel dampened with wd-40. Work the contacts several times and it's good to go. Note, don't soak or spray it, a light lube is all it takes.

I have one of those too :D Very hard hitting with a simple yet ingenious switch mechanism. The fire button is lockable, comfortable to hold, etc. I'd use mine more except it's white brass and turns out I'm not much of a fan of bare brass in general. Great mod though.
Lots of polishing? If so, not as excited. I’m not looking to “up” my housework lol

It doesn't tarnish very fast at all, actually. A light buff with a microfiber is about all it takes to keep it clean. It's the smell of brass that bothers me. Most people probably don't notice it so much but the smell of metal on my hands just bugs me. It's the main reason why most of my mods are cerakoted or painted in some way.

    I got vapemail today:

    Screws
    Ni90 28ga wire
    Coppervape NarTa RDTA :D

And I'm as excited by the n90 wire as the Narta  I'll build it tomorrow, and give you my verdict.

I got ni90 as it has a slightly lower resistance than ss316l - so it will be perfect in my unregulated :thumb:

And I hope you enjoy your NarTa as much as me;)

Is that a Delrin Cap or steel. Any thoughts either way?
Not sure what you mean. The cap on the RDA is steel.

E - Oh, do you mean like the Redemption caps? I think those are delrin but I bought a steel accessory cap for mine. The Apocalypse RDAs as shown in the pic are all steel or aluminum depending on the color. I usually vape at pretty high wattage, so wouldn't trust delrin not to melt, personally.

That's what i was thinking, kinda melty.
The looks and the no melt quality of the titanium has me quite tempted.
    Thanks for the info.

I think tomorrow, after copious amounts of coffee, I’ll order the miboxer c4-12. My head is swimming with charger info that makes no sense, so I will go with what seems to be the group consensus on bestest-ness. If you would like to object to this motion, you have until 9 or 10 central time tomorrow ;). Night, all ...sweet dreams

Man all that talk about shiny kids and like mature adult sides got me thinking about Freud, which immediately made me think about Jung because he was on less coke and also banged less of his patients. But he had this notion called the "collective ID" which is a sort of mystical (the way he talks) collective unconsciousness we all share.

Getting this sort of "collective ID together" on one thread was such a TERRIBLE idea. LOL. It's also EXTREMELY entertaining don't get me wrong, but unfortunately, the collective ID can only be attacked by outside forces, so perhaps the FDA, um I mean the Flying Spaghetti monster actually believes he is saving us from ourselves.

He's not though he's just going to make everything horribly more expensive and bad. For a while. He will move on to other areas of life to dismantle, although FRNAKLY FLYING SPAGHETTI MONSTER I DON'T KNOW WHAT MUCH ELSE YOU CAN TAX. MAYBE organ donors AND recipients? There should definitely be a tax on THAT. It's an untapped market. Yep, sue the corpse's relatives for every organ you can GET.

    Anna

Did that sound bitter? Sorry, I just did LE YOGA (3 days in a row no so le painful yoga) and cleaned my kitchen. I'm waiting for like, the endorphins to die down so I can eat.
