Yeah, but it can be a roll of the dice on finding the right replacement insulator when you need one. That said, I've yet to need one in several years of using tanks/attys, so it's not on my top five to worry about vapocolypse list.

Yeah I'm with you in that one..

    Morning shinies ;)

why do you guys get more of the same tank?

I'm in NZ, so it's not about stocking up for me. My reason is when I find something I love using - I want multiples so I can have it on more than just 1 mod (mainly because I keep buying more mods ) And more sensibly, it's about buying it before it gets discontinued ;)

Well since fur babies have been brought up.... I just got bad news about my Halley, she has cancer and they are guessing just a few weeks. She’s been with me nearly ten years. This is so painful. Thanks for letting me share. I don’t want the real life pity looks/hugs.

I'm sorry you have to go through this

Are you laughing Letitia because it looks like a big black dildo?

the very 1st time I saw Provaris I nearly fell over laughing thinking there’s no way anyone is going to catch that with my lips on it lol!

Now I have a stealth Procyon and Blue Lagoon P3 that are just awesome.

Also selling some 2.5s in classies. I decided MTL wasn’t my thing after buying a bunch of them. Live and learn.

Mine will be 10 this December. @Terri McVeety my heart is just breaking to hear this. Huge hugs to you. There but for the grace of God go us all in this world into heartbreak and loss, but it is the love we share along the way that gives life meaning. I dread receiving this type of news when it inevitably will come. Your fur baby has been well loved, and incredibly lucky to have you.
Thank you all for your kind words. Y’all are very sweet.

I knew it would happen but that hasn’t prepared me...

I am so heartbroken over your news. I just lost my 12 yo Yorkie 8 weeks ago and it’s so difficult. I find myself sobbing at odd times just out of the blue.

I’m sure you’ve done everything you can for your baby and sometimes it’s out of our hands.

Feeling like a beat up old lady today. Both occupational and physical therapy were here this morning working me out.
I have to have grab bars installed in my 2nd floor shower to be safe. And one to help me get in the very high step into the house.

really I’m too young for all this. Aren’t I??? How does one break a hip on carpet anyway?!!!

Osteoporosis started causing my mom problems with breaks when she was only 39 - so really I don't think age matters as much when it comes to breaking bones..

And in the end, all a hip is is a bone. So while you feel young for the issues, I find it doubtful it's as age-centric as all that..

Another reason to buy more than one just came to mind.

Moving lots of boxes and stuff for hours in the garage while it's warm, I stopped to have a vape. Not in my pocket, where it most always is. Not on any visible surface or under anything in the garage or house. Maybe it's in one of the many things I moved, some to the rafters. There is a ProVari 2.5 in Gunmetal Zenkote somewhere but it's gone into hiding, really well.

I'll take it as a sign to use another device for now, reminding me already how much smoother that ProVari is at lower wattage. I will not crack into the ProVari stockpile just yet, but may have to.

I've never misplaced a mod for more than a few minutes in eight years of vaping. Glad I have a couple spares!

Terri, I'm sorry to hear about Halley. Give her the best quality of life you can for the time she has. For me "those" times have always been about QoL, for them. It's never easy. :(
Hugs to Halley AND You!!!:wub::wub:

My stock is way past the inventory phase.... Which I haven't got yet :D

I feel guilty that I've been putting off a huge amount of wicking and assessment of new atties which are still peeking up at me from my desk...

I'll get there... It's just a case of JFDI... Once I start it won't take long

    Shinyitus rant over :D

well...gave in and bought a pyro v3 from FT. 'frosted' steel finish. that'll be brushed, then. MAP code offered way more of a discount than TURKEY10 or CYBER15 would (MAP brought it down to $26.65 which isn't too shabby) so i'll place another wee order for the other bits and bobs (including the titanium xeta and a boro tank...or two) when CYBER15 deploys.

I applied MAP code to no effect. is it gone?

Good afternoon People of the Shinyland :)

My take on vaping gear/supplies is simple, you can never have enough if you want to continue vaping as You choose. In this country anyways.

With atty's the KFL's (2013) and KFL+'s I have are all on their original insulators and a few have their original o-rings. Same with other Kayfun's and Russian's. So those do last and I don't see those needing replacement anytime soon. However I do have many spares for those and all my other other atty's.

I always felt that if I went with certain gear, by certain companies, there would be quality spares. I always stocked up as they were purchased or soon after. For those atty's where spares were/are scarce I bought several of them knowing those would serve as the spares well into the future.

And ya can never have "too many" mods be they regulated or mech. Same with nicotine and blah, blah, blah. My :2c:

I hope each of You has a great day!!!
