Yes, I did, and I loaned to a friend that likes it a lot. I hate the bottle :)
The drone is a fab piece of kit and a seriously smooth vape. As far as as the issues go it is not every unit that suffers and I'm sure that the new model has less problems. In some there was an issue with leaking from under the 510 when you squonked and the fix was a simple matter of inserting a small oring around the 510 pin. Also some complained that the battery door moved if you squonked. For me this has always been a min issue but you can make it move if you squeeze in the wrong way.

For me I've never had an issue with mine and I absolutely love the device. It's never leaked at the 510 and the door as I said is a non issue. Its a very well designed and made mod and the chip is amazing. You'll have to forgive my incoherent answer this morning as I've only just got up and I'm never at my best first thing. Here's a pic...

Ugh my day was evil but my notes got done. Bed soon. I'm not even tired. I ate at like 9 pm but I was like "I am not ruining my LATE note STREAK nor am I opening this computer tomorrow."

Dogs are pretty smart and I personally think telepathic. Every now and again you get a pair that get and show off their word salad knowledge. The husband and the little dog are like that, I don't even believe in HUMAN telepathy, and I think they do it. I also think sometimes the things they say about me are not so Nice.

I'm not a dog person. I am the kind of person a dog looks at and goes, "Talk to THAT? No, I'll eat the human once it's a bit gangrenous and doesn't remind me so much of itself."

Except the kid's dog who loves me to death. But that dog is smart but also a born contrarian.

Every human has the one dog that is "right" for them, I would imagine. And that dog of my son's is right for ME. She just has him wrapped around her little dog claw or whatever that thing is. Every so often I say to him, "Don't be too nice to that dog, now." She always gives me this really smug look almost immediately which more or less is saying, "Forget it, human being I actually should belong to. He is going to do WHATEVER I want, within reason. Mostly. Occasionally I DEMAND the entirely unreasonable and get it."

And then I say, "Have fun while you can. He's gonna get married someday. I will be the least of your problems." LOL.

Just thankful you all are okay. I’m sorry y’all are having to go through this, especially at the holidays. <hugs>
Thanks! Nobody got hurt and that's what really matters. I wasn't into Thanksgiving this year. Pepper had finally gotten better right before the fire. She was really sick in a messy way. I have been trying to work but I have been having coughing fits...
I'm so sorry to hear this..

I know what its like, I went through a house fire about 14 years ago that was a total loss, walked away with only my vehicle and the clothes on our backs.... all these years later I still occasionally run across the need for an item I used to have and no longer do. Rebuilding your life from nothing with nothing is a long, slow process..

It sucks - absolutely..

If you need anything just give me a hollar, I'm happy to help in any way I can..
Our situation isn't nearly that bad. We lost a lot of stuff but not even close to everything. We are trying to air out the important things. Friends and family have helped out a lot.
Thanks:) I appreciate
Having a bit of trouble with the forum tonight.

@classwife AsMODus took care of me when I got a doa Thor, then its replacement was damaged. Hopefully they’ll get you squared away soon as well.

@Skunk! I’m so sorry to hear about your fire. It’s never a good time for one but even worse this time of year. Glad everyone is okay though.
Thanks! Yeah Thanksgiving was a bust but we are going to try to go extra on Christmas this year.
I'm very sorry to hear this skunk. Smoke damage is such a pain but hey the most important thing is that you're all OK. How did it start? Do you know yet?

Sending positive thoughts to you and family and hoping you can get temporarily settled whilst you sort everything out :)
The bathroom v fan started it. I guess it's pretty common. They transferred us to another unit in a nicer complex with new appliances. One good thing about renting I suppose.
@classwife the Luna comes with a six month warranty. As you got it from Asmodus I’m sure they’ll honor it and either fix or replace. It sounds like a board failure. They’re pretty easy to replace so I expect they’ll take good care of you. If you really like the stab wood you have I would definitely ask them to go that route.

Ah, the rest of us got our Luna’s from another source. I’m sorta scared to tell you where because the clearance price is/was amazingly good and I don’t want you to feel bad if you paid the full rack rate. But if you want any more of them, Sourcemore has been helpful and even provide good customer service (please tell us you got yours on some sorta sale)

@Skunk! so sorry to hear about the fire. The most important is that everyone is ok. Stuff is just stuff. It may take time to replace everything but you can’t replace your loved ones.
Exactly. We had so much stuff this may turn out to be a blessing in disguise. Lately I have been looking at it as a fresh start.
I'm sorry about the housefire, @skunk. I had a fairly minor one about 4-5 years ago and we were out of the house a year. Seemed to be standard. Our insurance co (State farm) were really great actually.... But a more giant PITA I have never encountered. I hope your insurance company is kind to you...And to your mods. If you need anything ,says so. Although, we do not vape similarly :(

Anna
Thanks! We got our new place quickly and all utilities are on now. I have renters ins. through State Farm so should get a little bit back. Luckily my vape gear was all packed in the plastic boxes so it is all in good shape.

Ah, so electrical as is so often the case......i hope that the landlord had done all the necessary checks properly. There may be some liability there which may help you out?

Very glad to hear that you were able to to move into other accommodation straight away. That makes a situation like this 100 times better than it could be. At least you can collect yourself and move forward without having that to worry about.

Wishing you all the best in the coming weeks as you sort through your list of the things you inevitably have to deal with with :)

morning all.
compressing 150,000 files into an encrypted archive does little for my computer's performance.
feeling a tad brighter today despite the rain still lashing down. outside won't be a thing.
still really enjoying the intake dual though battery life when it's drawing nearly 27A isn't stellar. might wind some 2.5mm semi exotics and rebuild it.
some liquid will be mixed including a pancake and strawberry idea.

Nice looking coils, I’m thinking of trying flat wire. What gauge is your wire, where did you buy it from tia :)

This is the best price I could find for this: Juggerknot Mini RTA - $49.99 at the manufacturer website. As much as $67.00 elsewhere. Gets a great review. I like single coil top airflow, and I think it looks pretty sharp. I like the fill method too. Different, but similar to top fill. Dead easy to build, which is a pro in my book. What do y'all think? Anyone know where to find a better price? I really like this thing.:)

I have both the authentics and clones, clone is very good and I enjoy both. If you buy the authentic buy the augvape merlin mini bubble glass for it. The bubble the authentic comes with is a pita to fill.

Good morning shiners! A semi-quiet Sunday here. I'm having to weigh what to do about a recent FT order as an item that was "in stock" is now "restocking" and holding things up. Given the order is just a bunch of different DTs (I realized I have a ton of 810 but few 510s that are not in storage) I might as well just let it sit until they're all there. Hoping tomorrow brings some tracking numbers as I have a little pile from the end of last week that needs to ship, all US vendors like Florida Vape and Ejuice which are typically fast out the door but no joy last Friday.

Thanks! We got our new place quickly and all utilities are on now. I have renters ins. through State Farm so should get a little bit back. Luckily my vape gear was all packed in the plastic boxes so it is all in good shape.

Yeah, insurance makes all the difference. A few decades ago I had my one and only burglary. Definitely and inside job led by a professional. It was such a neat and clean break in that if they weren't thieves I would have hired them to clean. The locks were all nicely disassembled and stacked next to the front door, and they made no mess, just took exactly what they came for and to add insult to injury used a piece of my own luggage to carry it all out. At least they left the cat. It took two days to figure out everything they took as looking around nothing seemed amiss other than some empty spaces I remembered as holding things like good stereo equipment. it was like day 3 I found they took my really good headphones because I just didn't notice they were gone from the drawer I kept them in.

I filed with my carrier and had receipts for almost everything of value. As it was a replacement policy and not a market value one (market value is the "used" price of the items, not the original price you paid and will need to spend to replace it) I ended up with a very nice settlement. It was still miserable to go through, but it could have been way worse.

I did learn one lesson from the adjuster of having photos of everything even if you have all the receipts. Speeds things up on their end to inspect and determine what was lost. Since then I photograph all my stuff in my apartment whenever I move or get something valuable. Fortunately I've never had to file another claim but having the coverage is worth every penny.

I'm glad they had another unit you could move over into so at least your daily living isn't too badly affected. And new appliances are always a nice bonus. The fact it is a rental and it was their fan that caused the electrical fire can give you some leverage to get either money or consideration in your rent for whatever your policy doesn't cover, so you have a decent shot at being made whole again.
