They do make excellent gear. I bought their regulated dotBox 75w limited edition gun metal. I was going to grab their mech squonker, but didn't. With their 50% off sale I should have. When they run another sale I will grab one. I did buy one of their Petri lite v2 tube mechs from The vape Factor for $19.99 along with a few other mechs. The Petri is a very nice hybrid mech. I'll shoot/post a photo. :)
Yes, I love my dotmod... Smooth as silk on the vape and really nice in the hand. Only thing I'd move is the airflow intake which gets in the way of your fingers. The chips on them are always good and you can hear the PWM for sure when you fire it.... Lovely gear. I'll look forward to seeing the photo :)

Good morning shinies hope you all had a great weekend

I'm feeling strong enough not to to put off some catch up work in the realm of real estate and I've got to make some decisions on my new computer. I'm determined to spend on it this time and make sure I've got some kit inside the box that can handle what I throw at it.... Bit excited actually as this will be the best computer I've ever bought.

Have a great day shinies :wub:

@Punk In Drublic, you certainly don't know what you're talking about when it comes to Windows 10.

I can confirm that you can use the Windows Download Installer on a PC running Windows 10 to create either an Installation Disk or a USB installer.

I have done this many times to perform a clean installation of Windows 10 after updates have broken components and drivers.

Windows Product Code is injected into the UEFI BIOS nowadays, so when you reinstall the corresponding version of Windows 10 is installed automatically.

I had to delete the product key from my MSI GP62 6QF LEOPARD PRO UEFI BIOS because when I tried to install Windows 10 Pro x64 the product key in the UEFI BIOS was for Windows 10 Home, so the Home version was installed even when using a product key during install and then there was issues trying to activate it due to the two product keys and Microsoft support weren't able to help work it out. Took about 10 days to work out how to scrub the Product Key from the UEFI BIOS after first taking note of it using Produkey and I've had no issues installing since.

Just wish the forced updates didn't break the Components and Drivers, that and the fact that various software won't run on it properly such as Samsung's Smart Switch. And Samsung sells Windows 10 laptops, and I need my partners and mine Phablets updated.

Morning all!

I should be getting some stuff from fasttech today, and hopefully my yarn as well. Looks like it’s going to rain all day - which is fine. Don’t have to shovel rain. I need to do some atty maintenance, and get some embroidery done for Xmas gifts. This is one I did, and I have a few more cute sayings that I want to put on hand towels. I don’t digitize these -yet- but the files are cheap to buy.

I've still got a working example of the first run of those. A non squonkers but identical form factor and it was one of my first regulated mod I used for my tsunami RDA.... That was back in 2014 and it still there on the shelf. Only repair I did to it was due to wackingnthe batteries in too hard which dislodged a plate at the 510 end which I then had to secure. Having said that that it was about 2 years old when that happened and since the repair still works like a dream. The chip wasn't bad either for it's time.

My advice get one... At that price it's a win, win :)
Thanks, I was a little concerned about the shop site and it didn't really help that when I went on there to buy it the site was down LOL but I mean that can happen it happens to FastTech so I just waited five minutes went on and I did the purchase. They got some good prices on coilology to and better selection as far as coilology goes then FastTech at least when I last went on FT the catch is you add a $1.66 worth of MTL Clapton's to your cart your shipping goes up a dollar meaning if you combine this together it's now more expensive than FastTech and I trust FastTech so I'm going with them

I bought two Luna's, one from VaporRange (which is AsModus shop) and one from @Fidola13 - who I think got hers from sourcemore..

The difference between the two is that the Luna I got from VaporRange came with the AsModus logos on the fire button and also on the box - and the one I got from Fidola had no AsModus markings or logo whatsoever - it just says Ultroner on the box - although it was a collaboration between Ultroner and AsModus so both markings should be on both purchases.

HOWEVER - I don't think the sourcemore purchase is a clone either, I literally can find no differences between the two other than the one from Fidola just has an absence of any AsModus branding..

So I don't know - but I don't think it's an unwise purchase since for all intents and purposes it seems to me to be authentic... it might be what is sold overseas is devoid of AsModus branding for some unknown to me reason.

so I'd call the purchase a solid purchase.. but just thought you might like to know..

So you install Win 10 Pro on a Win 10 Home machine, botch the licence and take 10 days to correct and claim I do not know what I am talking about? Tell ya what I do know. Win 10 Pro and Win 10 Home are 2 different licences. I mean just the name; Pro vs Home kinda makes that obvious. Also know that one can install 10 Pro on a OEM 10 Home computer, but must prove to Microsoft that the 10 Pro licence was purchased and is not being transferred from another machine without deactivating the licence on said machine. Assuming said machine is not a Windows OEM licence which is not transferable. Read the product and service agreements. A 5 min call to Microsoft with a proper explanation of what you are trying to do would have corrected this in a jiffy. And YES, I have performed such actions. I also know that the product key within BIOS can be “removed” within mere seconds, not days!

Updates are critical. Sometimes they install new features which will admit is subjective, but they also fix many problems such as performance issues and vulnerabilities. Updates do not break drivers. It is entirely possible that an update may correct/change code which may become incompatible with 3rd party drivers. It is up to that 3rd party to correct their own drivers, not Microsoft. Should drivers become incompatible after an update, would it not be more beneficial AND easier to correct the driver instead reinstalling Windows which will just put you back in the same position of being out of date and vulnerable? The logical answer to me is to move forward, not backwards. In fact, that is what is practiced within the IT industry.

And if updates are so problematic, why not just turn them off? You can even perform manual updates, perhaps after you have read MS technical notes and ensured there is driver revisions for your hardware. Simple solution to your so-called updating frustrations.

As for Samsung Smart Switch. I am not familiar with the app but looking on Google Play it shows 100+ million installs with a 4.7 average rating out of 5. This leads me to believe the majority do not have an issue which would single your issues out as being unique to you, and not a problem with Windows. Perhaps you would not have a problem if you kept your computer and drivers up to date!

Telling someone to install another operating system on their brand-new Windows 10 computer is just bad advice. What was the user to install? Both Win 8 and 7 require a purchased licence. Win 8 was a crappy OS, and Win 7 is out of support in just a few weeks. A Linux distro could be found for free, but now you run the risk of hardware incompatibility, not being able to run your preferred software and the learning curve that comes with trying to familiarize yourself to a completely different OS. If the computer is problematic, as in running slow, why not put forth the little effort it takes to improve performance rather than installing a different OS, that may come at a cost and with additional problems and risks that might not be solvable.

Good morning Shiny's
Wet one today but not too cold. Hoping tomorrow is at least dryer so I can let George out for a while. Bored George is an annoying George.
Have some different coils (vaporesso) for the Cerberus I think have finally made it stateside. The .3 mesh that came with the tank is just okay flavor wise but it seems to have decent coil life, still fine after 2+weeks and no flavor drop or added sweetness. Been using citrus juices in it.

How is George and the rest of the furry army? Been a while since we’ve had a kitty conversation.

Zelda is doing well, still working on her Dooms Day Machine. She has recently developed the tickle and run tactic to get my attention. Sneaks up behind me, tickles under my arm then runs away. It is both startling (catches me off guard), and adorable. I can only laugh!

Oh no on my way to work just outside the back gate close to Stevie’s house I seen what looks to be a beige rabbit run over. :(

I really hope it’s not my girl. I’ve been so worried she’d go out like that before I get to bring her home safe and sound.
Oh God

I had to walk down to the middle of the road to go see for myself and it’s insides are everywhere obviously been run over but it appears to be a wild rabbit with fur that looks almost like a porcupines. I’m sure it’s not my Stevie. If I didn’t look it would’ve bothered me until I seen her with my own eyes.

I’m glad it wasn’t her! I feel bad marking the post “love” because a bunny got run over, but I’m so glad it’s not Stevie. I hope you can get her moved to your house soon where she’s safe

Don’t make me drive up there and get her myself. lol.

Well. You seemed to be handling it ok if you were able to type before you knew. I will say I get attached to the rabbits in our neighborhood that inevitably turns into a graveyard as the spring becomes summer. I have three buried out back and I’m not ashamed of it. I don’t feed them scraps and watch them eat for “free” from our apple tree for months to not develop feelings for them. Burying them seems to help me get closure. If that makes me silly, I pray I am silly for the rest of my life. I love the little critters.
