Ok, I think this Luna filling issue needs to be cleared up. I fill the bottle by pulling it out, and don't use a refill bottle. Maybe it's the bottle I use, but it's not hard at all to do after the first time. I fill mine 1-2 times a day like this.
Pull the bottle out
Put a piece of paper towel in the squonk bottle hole to catch drips
Uncrew the squonk bottle cap
Fill
Screw bottle cap back on
Remove paper towel
Put bottle back in

I've been using Geekvape Athena bottles in mine since I got it, I wonder if the original bottle is causing people problems?

I fill the old fashioned way too - exactly the same way as you, except I start by chainvaping the rda semi-dry. And I'm using the original, tighty whitey, Luna bottles
I just pinch and wiggle the bottlle & tube slowly down. And I have a 510 fill bottle, just haven't tried it yet

I've got mineral oil and a beeswax mix. I've see ppl use feed and wax, mineral oil, or an orange oil and this wax:

My husbands uncle is a woodworking specialist. He recommended wax even over silicone, that is what my father would have used. He's my reference for everything wood related. He wasn't impressed by the build quality of the Luna, he's planning on making one for me out of a special block of non stab wood he has at the shop. Although my father was also a woodworker, he's an artisan.

It's Florida Vapor Supply's responsibility to file a claim not you. They should be sending you a replacement. I would be very surprised if they didn't.

I don't like buying duplicates but the Luna works so well it's on heavy rotation. I'm really grateful of the board, it's great.
