That Armour Pro is definitely at the top of my list I like vaporesso quite a bit at least the mod that I have is great.

I have SEVERAL Vaporesso mods and never had a problem w any of them inc one that’s almost 2 years old. I do use it in rotation w others though. I like their products.

That article was submitted 29th March 2017:
Measurements of electronic cigarette-generated particles for the evaluation of lung cancer risk of active and passive users - ScienceDirect
And would have used equipment from that time, And earlier.

More recent research has been carried out:

With the following conclusion:

Result: I'm happy vaping Ss316l, ni80, ni90 and the odd Kanthal a1 coil ;)

Have a read through Dr Farsalinos site:

yeah, I figured I was doomed
Especially as the last 2 days have been exclusively squonking
Squonking is a trap. I rotate my devices and let my batteries rest, otherwise I'd consume twice as much liquid and even making it it's not funny. Those 100ml I devote to squonking is all I'm willing to part with a month.

I actually do not think it is your batteries – but that is just a suspicion. Sorry…if I had a quick fix for ya, I’d share it.
I kind of don't either as I replace every 1-2 years. In this case I will try my new LG's in the Minikens and see. I will then probably have to do the darn tinkering around anyway. Problem is with intense ADHD I will keep getting distracted and forgetting which slot I placed the battery in and what not...on and on it will go.

About a year ago the wife dragged me to her physician that cured her of her arthritis. She also brought my mentally ill daughter back to reality and functioning normal again. Something the psychiatrists couldn't do....
She's a naturopath (I think) that specializes in functional medicines.
Anyway she did an array of tests on me and in mineral test it showed I have elevated levels of chromium and nickel. At the time I thought it is due to my history of working with stainless steels (I worked in the industry , and made knifes for a long time).
Only later it dawned on me it might be because of the vaping....still not sure.
It don't bother me much though, as since she's sorted me i'm better than i've ever been.
For interest here's my mineral test results.

My husband is nagging me to go to one of them "functional medicine" people but that is SO much labwork and etc. and there is NO guarantee it will work. While I think naturopaths have their place, they are allowed to be PCPs in AZ and It think it's a bit... Well, wrong.

I keep telling him I will go once I am totally stable, and like, then I will go. So far, it's working.

I mean, I believe in naturopathic THINGS and I did enjoy my weekly B-12 vitamin shot but you do sort of have to hitch your healthcare to A Star, so to speak, and my experiments with "naturopathic" meds for bipolar were some of the worst I ever HAD. I mean, lithium's an ELEMENT, right? Properly processed medical lithium is standardized and also designed to WORK.

Lithium orotate that you get from Nature Meds R us is a SUPPLEMENT. It could have ANYTHING in it, and it probably does. Except lithium. When I was on Lithium orotate and my mom was like "exorcising" me with Sufi prayers, I was like, "This should work if I believe in it, right? I WILL BELIEVE harder than Tinkerbell DUDE." I did (unironically) but it still wound me up in the back yard hurling plates most days.

I think if you have some mild, NON-genetic depression, some soothing lab work and some very dilute chamomile St. John's wort tea might work.

When people come to me on that regimen, I figure they have NO MENTAL illness (not the real kind, anyway) and treat them with soothing platitudes. Seems to work.

My dad was a GENETICIST. Yes, genotype does NOT ALWAYS express phenotype, but ENOUGH of the time it does that when you have a cystic fibrosis kid, you can't VITAMIN that away. Sorry.

Like, yeah if it helps you. And yes, death by medicine is a thing (very happy with my elderly generics) but you can't just elderflower it all up either.

I am infinitely grateful for the lithium that stole my teeth and thyroid, not so much to the lithium orotate that made me hurl plates. Side effects occur when there are EFFECTS..

I found the noisy cricket 2 at MistHub

Wismec Noisy Cricket II-25 Mod

Edit- meant to add that I had to have it shipped to a family member in another state. They won’t ship to MA even tho it’s not ejuice. Maybe they’ll change that now the ban is over.

for $30 I should’ve bought two! Maybe I’ll order another lol!!
Another one to add to my list. Thx for the info. So far, I have eight US vendors participating in the MA ban. I'm sure there's more. Keep me posted.

Adhd coping technique.... I always take batteries out/replace them with the bottom of the mod towards me, screen up (or button). I put the left battery in the right slot in the charger, right in the left slot. When I go to put them back in, they’re in the correct reversed order.

Well it's a very early good morning for me. I can't sleep so as I always do it's get up and have a cup of tea :)

Boxxer V2 should be here today and my new mobile (note 10 +). I also finalise my purchase with Dell so pretty excited I suppose. I'm hoping I'll get the Dell order before Christmas as it would be great to have it set up on Christmas day :)

Bought a load of back up coils for both my wife and I from 3Fvape last Saturday and they still haven't shipped.... Must be a Christmas backlog I'm guessing. I trust them though so I know they will ship.. Just a question of when.

Hope that all you lovely people have a great day with lots of shiny deliveries

@Tralfaz Based on your vanilla obsession, you might like one of my favorites. It's called Vazilla by G2 Vapes. I get mine from LitesigUSA. Great prices and free shipping. Here's the reviews on Giant Vapes but I'll also post Litecig's page.

I don’t feel so bad now about using 10 mls a day. :)
I used to use between 20 and 30 mls a day but now I use much less. It didn't happen by design just a matter of a natural change in my vaping style when I got into the Billet Boxes.

10mls per day sounds very good if you're using RDAs a lot :)
