I just got a shipping notice for the Fuch I ordered earlier today from vapeciga! It’s my first purchase through them. Ships from Singapore. I’ll be interested to see how long it takes to get here.

I got a shipping notice about mine as well, but still waiting on one for an atty I bought from them a week ago. I found a tracking number for it but 17 is acting goofy. That package is determined to be a surprise, I guess. :)

Okay who was asking if VA mods were worth the price? I know I just read that question...

I bought a VA Primo stabwood from UK mods and I can confirm, I think they’re worth it. I have a picture if I can find it...

It’s the only DNA 75C I have, and it’s beautiful. It’s a beautifully well made piece and a great vape.

I guess it’s like this... I can drink my bagged tea from any cup. And most often I do. But sometimes I just want to elevate the experience. A nice old bone china tea cup and a nice loose leaf tea does that, just as a high end mod does for the vape.

That optimistic rating is a confusing one. I assumed it was positive until I saw it in my profile and noticed it was in the same text color as the disagree rating.

Seems like it should represent hope and encouragement to me, not something negative.
Oh my! I’ve used it often thinking the same! Every time! I hope it was taken that way.

Shiny's! First, I want to thank everyone for their thoughts and wishes. This is the best community ever. My mom is stable and in recovery mode now. She will be in the nursing home for therapy for awhile. Her stroke partially paralyzed her left side, but with therapy and hard work, her doctor says she should make a full recovery. She calls herself a "Tough Old Bird", and I believe it. 3 years ago, she had a major heart attack that left her with 25% of her heart function, and she made a full recovery from that. Back in 1981, she was diagnosed with stage 4 melanoma, and she made a full recovery from that. Mom is a very active woman that has made a life out of taking care of others. The only thing she wants to get well for, is to get back to taking care of and helping the elderly people she cares for. She's 83 btw. Please keep her in your thoughts, and your prayers if you believe.

Well, after catching up on over 90 pages since I last posted(12/20/2019)....I'm back. I will be back home later today. I'll be glad to be home with my family and back to my normal routine. Catching up with the Shiny thread was a nice distraction for the last couple of days, if not a little overwhelming. 13 of those pages were just from the last two days. Got to get ready for my flight and say my goodbyes. I'll try to post this evening to let you know I made it home ok. I love you all!

Completely agree in fact I haven't stopped thinking about your Mum since I heard and I'm sure everyone is the same too. Hugs and good vibes @Rob B.

Ange I just did an A/B with the Luxotic and the Pumper 18 (close enough? - my luna is asleep) and the luxotic hits a little harder. Surpised me. The build was a 0.18 Ohm SS alien in a recurve. Fully charged Vapcell 25A CDR 18650. I swapped the same battery and atty between mods and had a few vapes.
The luxotic is a great little mod that hits hard. Only gripe I have with those is the screws on the Tobhino that comes with the kit. There is space that the wire can slip into when you tighten if you aren't using wide claptons.

Yes it's a strange clamp system on the deck. Tough to snug round wire builds in.

Right when I’d gone to bed last night I decided to watch a YouTube video on this mod and to my horror discovered I’d misspelled it. FUSH, it’s FUSH. lol. I went to sleep wondering if I’d put some German profanity on this international board. Apologies. :D

T’was I who inquired. Sigh. @DeloresRose ...we are going to my mother-in-law’s memorial across the state this week, and I may need some cheering up. A “Primo,” you say? That is divine. Just divine.

While I enjoy the vape from a postless sled deck I do miss the simplicity of a velocity deck from a build perspective.
Postless over velocity for me any day, nothing easier than pulling the Rayon straight through trimming and tucking into a juice channel. The tails on a velocity deck need more trimming and adjustment, extra steps for this lazy old vaper.

I’m sorry for your loss. If you can swing it, I say go for it. None of my shiny stuff has made my losses any easier, but it does give us something to look forward to, to smile about. Whatever it takes to keep on keeping on...

Thank you  I didn’t mean to make it sound so morbid. I guess while driving and in the hotel room at night, or waiting for people to start showing up, or in those little quiet moments when I’d rather not be dwelling, looking at them will be a welcome distraction. I truly believe everyone should have at least one small thing to look forward to, every day, even if it’s a cookie or a tv show.

Something like that Primo would be on par with, like, a big Christmas present. I would not make that choice lightly! Even the mental debate about buying one is a part of the thrill of the hunt. Endorphins releasing everywhere, lol.

Good morning shiny friends! I have some actual shiny news today. I just ordered my fourth RCM mech. This one will be an Infinity Kryptek in a silver to black gradient. I'm pretty excited about this.

So, this mod...

Should look pretty sweet if this vid they sent me is any indicator.
