am i implying i want complex stuff? i'm doing mostly simple_ promise! just asking how ppl who use them prevent spit back.

i've got a single wire pack on the way plus wotofo 10 quad and 2 tri cores that came with tank i already have. thinking abt ordering more wotofo, don;t know which though. suggestions? alien count as complex?

that having been said, i've ordered the demon killer multi spec set $10.95 Demon Killer 7-in-1 Violence Coil Set for RBA Atomizer (28-Pack) - 0.25ohm / 0.25ohm / 0.3ohm / 0.35ohm / 0.35ohm / 0.35ohm / 0.26ohm at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping (i can still cancel [rather ask FT to change it to something else] this, i think, because the shipping is late, so someone say so if i should pwetty pwease!)

also already have the coilology mutlispec pack (n80). and of the three or four i've tried there was serious scar-mi-lungs spitting. so just trying to figure out how i might use these. even the claptons spat (but maybe that was the wicking problem and my having to pull hard), the juggers more, the braided coils worst of all.

I decided to try something that i've been thinking of for some time...DL with a high ohm/high voltage (saw it from Jay Haze)
I used the new unused Pocket RDA that's been sitting around for some time.
Built a 3.0mm Kanthal flat wire coil (0.5×0.2) (thanks Ange) at 1.06ohm. Cranked the power up to 30W....5.7V
Man it works. I was expecting a lot of heat, but surprisingly it's not. More kick, throat hit and satisfaction. It even gives a new profile to my favourite juice. I like this.
Anybody vapes like this?

I sometimes vape little 7 or 8 wrap 2.6 Ohm/ft claptons at about 0.8 Ohms in single coil attys. Plenty of clouds at 30W for sure

When you say tiny do you mean juul type tiny?

The dot aio is pretty small...smaller than a billet box and the dot shell rba makes it even more of a winner in my opinion

I like the looks of that. I will see if I can fit it into the budget. I have been thinking of getting another Flint and using it with my Hastur Mini. I pifed mine and the guy is using it to stop smoking

I’m really enjoying the pyro v3. Oddly satisfying to watch the tank fill up. I switched from 25/75 pg/vg to 30/75 and that seems to wick a lot better.

I did not get any atty maintenance done over the weekend because I bought 20+ lbs of chicken that needed to be packed up and frozen. Boneless skinless breast for $1.79lb, and leg quarters $.39. That’ll keep me for a 3-4 months once I can stand to eat chicken again.

So atties this morning, and then I want to charge the camera batteries and back up the cards, hopefully get out tomorrow since it’s supposed to be 50.

Hi everyone. Trying to catchup lol!!

Decided it was a nice day to vape the Avacado 22 on my new Gen. This Gen is a really nice mod. It’s a bit wider than I normally like but it feels fine to hold. I’m suppose to be receiving 2 more. One in black the other in blue/black. There coming from Sourcemore or Everzon so who knows when I’ll see them lol!

I almost forgot what a great flavor rba the Avacado is. The 22mm is more flavorful to me than the 24mm. I’m running it in single coil atm but will give dual coils next build.

I love my Avo 24s. The only Avocado 22 I have is called the " Avocado 22 Special Edition ". Basic little 22 mm rdta with a velocity deck like the other Avos but has a side fill sytem. It never vaped well. The weird thing about it is the delrin piece on the top cap that screws off for no apparent reason (bottom photo). Pretty sure this version was designed after Stefan Z left to start Vandy Vape. An attempt to cash in on the Avocado brand but a fail for sure.

The Demon Killer Kit is pretty much more of the same as the coilology hit. Check these out price is a bit higher but much better quality. 10 Pack Quad Core Fused Clapton Coils 316L SS (28gx4/36g) or (30gx4/40g)
With a 40ga. outer wrap it will have a nice smooth surface and there shouldn't be any spitback. Quad core are my favorite but you may prefer triple cores. Quads are a bit low for duals. I would go with triple core if you are doing dual. AVS is my favorite for clapton wire. They only do Stainless Steel tho. When you find a coil you like, you can use it for months before changing. The rougher the surface of the coil, the more spitting you'll get. When I get some more triple and quad wire I can wrap a set of each for you to try. I think you will be much happier with them. All I currently have is hex core and rectangle wire. The hex core is quite rowdy wire and takes a lot of power.

I have a 24 also but it ended up in the stash box. I really like the flavor of 22mm RBAs. I can’t remember but I may have built the 24 as a single coil. I’ll have to check it out again as a dual.
I would think the side fill on your 22 Avacado would be easier to fill. With the one I have I need to pull the wick tail out of the tank which isn’t a problem with me but some people won’t like that. I keep my handy dandy plastic tank screwer on-er/ ceramic tweezer tool on hand anyways. So a quick refill isn’t a problem without getting juice all over my hands.

Yeah having a screw on cap piece doesn’t make much sense unless the design started out as a top fill- no that still doesn’t make sense. I dunno. Weird. I wonder why the vape was poor.

I've got difficulty figuring out if the 810 tips is interchangeable on them. I bought one of each but don't like ss tips. Do I have to order caps, or can I use standard 810 tips?

Both the Axial and Unicorns that I bought (at a lot more $!!!) came with both 810s and 510s. But I bought mine awhile ago so maybe they changed it.

Betcha that quad core is unbelievable. I am allergic to certain metals and Ni80 doesn't work for me. Shame because it performs the best. I am pretty much limited to Stainless and 100% VG

I'm using a ni80 in the S3 and get a cough if I take a normal for me hit. I know it's not the juice or af. I've not had any issues with smaller ni80 coils but then they never stay long in the atty; always go back to ss pretty quick.
