Stevie came home.

All the babies have been dying so I’m pretty upset. Down to one and to be honest I’m not too hopeful about this one either. We’ll see.

I'm terribly sorry for your loss but small mammals do not have a very good survival rate of their litters especially rabbits which is why they're known to do as they do. First-time mothers tend to lose the majority if not all of their litters even in captivity from my understanding but I don't know if that was just the one person who I knew that bred rabbits or if it's an actual fact. They had a large breeding facility and I think that a lot of their rabbits went to people other than for pets but they did take good care of the rabbits and they were literally in the business of breeding rabbits and they still lost tons of them so please don't blame yourself if 15 years of experience doesn't teach you how to make a whole entire litter survive it must be super difficult

So taxing us 26 percent on anything vape related and a 20mg per ml nicotine cap in BC isn’t enough .

Now the government is looking to have a 0mg nicotine juice ban. Flavour ban, 10ml max bottles of juice, and tanks can’t hold more than 2ml.

With all the other important stuff going on in the world and even on our island in BC why are they focusing on creating a black market for ejuice!! There’s no affordable housing here or places to rent at all so many places have nobody to employ short staffed everywhere and the cost of living is insane.

It feels like the world is just screwing with me now. Been such a terrible week and now this. My god what’s this going to accomplish?!

I thought that I had gotten rid of my strong desire for a Pico and then I messed around and picked up the OG Pico squeeze the little unregulated guy. I haven't put it down since I loaded it up I'm even using the coral RDA and enjoying it. I ended up getting it for like $10 I think maybe less and it's so darn cute it actually is smaller than the all-in-one that I used to use. I don't know if I actually have any desire for one of the regulated versions but if I see one cheap enough I might have to pick it up of course only squeeze will do.

I just am not using a lot of rta's and regular mods anymore I think I've converted the only thing I hate is having to get the bottles for every single different thing because none of them take bottles of any of the other ones. I think my stentorian and my Azeroth have flexibility in their squonk bottles (those should arrive today) . I'm also super glad that I got those because I'm rapidly moving towards preferring unregulated devices and I'm not really sure why. I haven't broken out my Armageddon though.

If anyone's made it this far where can I get the original bottle for the Pico squeeze I see plenty of Pico squeeze 2 bottles roaming around but I like the firm press of the original plus I wanted to fit does anyone know of any other bottles or any places I can get those for Fairly cheap

All this is thejr effort to stop youth from vaping. There’s commercials everyday on local Tv saying flavoured Vapes hook children !

Sounds like where you live is even worse for vaping than it is here. I don't understand it either. The media and government hysteria sucks, and should have their a..'s kicked for misinforming the public. What island do you live on in BC?

I do not recognize your name and think it is just awesome that you took this chance to speak out. Thanks for your kind words. YES waiting is the worst, I waited seven days to get the diagnosis after the biopsy, now another seven to see if it has spread.
I smoked for 42 years. It has been seven since I quit.
Sharing it all was essential IMO because I know all of us on this thread have the same worries. Hopefully all can see a good outcome via me.

I had another friend, she sometimes posted in this thread, mostly in another. We met on the Budget Gourmet thread and made such good friends we eventually hung out together and went to vape meets and such.
She just sort of started to be seen less and was not answering emails and phone calls. Her sister called me last week to tell me she had passed. Lung Cancer. I was astounded she had not confided in me or shared in any way. Apparently hers was far advanced.
When her sister told me the day she passed, Jan 3rd, I looked at my calendar and that was the day I had the lung screening.
I hope you speak out more and join us in the "Shiny After Hours" thread where we all share our animals and other hobbies

Good news is you caught it early, so there is lots of reason to be optimistic. You have a great support group of people that love you and care about you here. More good news is, that my mom and a few friends are cancer survivors, which I expect will be your case. You have my best thoughts and wishes lady, and I'm convinced you'll be with us a long, long time.

shiny's! On a happy note, I am happy, proud, and honored to be a part of this wonderful community for one year today. I have never been a part of such a caring, loving, supportive, sharing, enthusiastic group of people such as this in my life. I have grown to depend on this community on a daily basis, and miss it greatly on days I can't be here. I usually start my day, and end my day with you all. Between this online community, and my local vaping community, I have met and made more friends and great people this past year than I have in my entire life. There is something phenomenally special about the vaping community that I have never found in any other community I have been a part of. I will say it again, I am so happy that I found vaping and quit smoking. I love and thank you all so much! You will always be a special and important part of my life.

Just a matter of time, they are banning flavors here in Nova Scotia come April. I can see other provinces following suit. All you will be able to sell here will be tobacco flavored juice, most people will order their favorite flavors from out of province until the government puts a stop to that.

The juice manufacturers are working at a kind of short fill thing for down here, will be interesting times in the next few months.

They want people to smoke, it has nothing to do with the youth etc, cigarette tax fills the coffers and funds pension plans... I do believe that the high nic Juul's, STLTH and other little pod devices need to be taken off the market, hard to sneak a nic buzz in school with clouds bro clouds box mod.

Getting to old to find another job, no way I'm going back to IT and might end up having to be a greeter at the WallyMart.

Jesus that's dark I mean what possible justification do they have for that though? You can put flavors in e-juice with nicotine just the same as you could put flavors in e-juice without it and how are they even going to enforce something like that are they really going to ban propylene glycol and vegetable glycerin because it has widespread uses I don't even understand the justification that some place could even speak of to say no you must Vape nicotine LOL I'm laughing out of frustration it's not funny it's disgusting

EDIT: Just saw that Ange already linked this vid. I did the fix on my first luxotic a couple of years ago and it hasn't missed a beat. The replacement that Wismec sent me is still unwrapped in it's box

It's definitely not all luxotic bfs with the problem - I couldn't even get the pin out of mine, which means it must've been sealed in already. I siliconed the crap out of it anyway (cuz I can ) and I'll just keep an eye on it - but it wasn't leaking before I sealed it.

The mod itself is bloody awesome - I love how it vapes, and it is really comfy to hold. I've got some silicone bottles coming this week - which is good as the only thing I don't like is the firm bottle

There is no good time to tell bad news
I was diagnosed with lung cancer.

Keep the faith. I also was diagnosed with Adenocarcinoma (most common lung cancer) and was stage 4 back in Apr. 2019. Been through the same processes that your going through. Good news is that they have come a long way in just the past 2 years in treatment. So far I'm one of the lucky ones where I was able to be treated using genic (ALK) Alectinib (Alecensa). At this moment in time I'm 90% clear. Just keep the faith and good luck to you. Time to go get a blood test.
