Pick some flavoring (menthol + peppermint in my case), plus some nic, use alcohol (I used 100 proof vodka) and pg or vg to flesh it out to the desired total ml of solution,
I am very confused at this statement and am wondering how much flavoring, how much PG and how much VG

PG based flavours will take a good while to dry/evaporate. just go unflavoured.
I could go unflavored. So just dip the sticks in some nicotine. Please explain to me like I am a toddler. I am not grasping this

Interesting. How would you do this?
Altoids mints, and a needle-tip bottle with nicotine in it. One drop per mint, let it soak in and dry over night, then repack in a container. I counted the number of drops in 1mL of nicotine solution, while dripping it into a bottle on my scale, then divide 100 (for 100mg nicotine) by the number of drops counted to get the mg/drop. In my case it came out to ~1.515mg per drop. There's some variance because they are drops, but it doesn't concern me much. They can be a little harsh until you get used to them. You could cut it in half with PG and use more mints over time to reduce the harshness.

Edit: I changed the post, my math was stated incorrectly. I meant to say divide 100 by the number of drops counted to find out the approximate mg/drop of nicotine.

I did find the recipe. It called for Menthol crystals.
I do not have time to do any of this. I would have to order stuff.
would it work if I just soaked some toothpicks in one of my fav juices and then dried them. Or would they even dry?
Sorry to hear about your health issues and you are in my thoughts.

I believe @markfm said he just used a mint or menthol flavoring from his stash instead of the crystals. Maybe he will come along and confirm.

@chanelvaps
Had to correct the math, I goofed up. I meant divide 100 (for 100mg nicotine) by the number of counted drops, I put it backwards. Post corrected :)
So if my nic is 100mg is that still one drop Blitz?

I started from this recipe:
200 TOOTHPICKS [6 cm long]

100 ML ALCOHOL [food grade]

2.5 TSP MENTHOL CRYSTALS

1/2 TSP SPEARMINT OIL OR 1/3 TSP CINNAMON OIL

20 ML NICOTINE SOLUTION [60 mg/ml strength]

What I had on hand was some liquid menthol and peppermint flavorings, and my 100mg/ml nic base.

I took 3ml of my nic base (300mg total of nic), cut it with pg and 100 proof vodka, added a couple ml each of menthol and peppermint, so I had a bit over 30 ml of liquid in a small bottle. Shook it and added 50 toothpicks, topped off with vodka until the bottle was completely full.

24 hour soak time, shook/flipped the bottle a couple times during that time.

Next day I put the toothpicks on some paper towel, they dried nicely after about 5 hours.

The resulting toothpicks can go back in a clean bottle or toothpick carrier.

The bottle in the photo is the one I used for the original soaking. The metal holder is something from Amazon - nice for travel.

Cheap and easy to make, they're as good as the ones I picked up online that went $10 for a pack of 50.

Nudge the nic up if you want stronger toothpicks. I could definitely notice the nic, but I'm used to only vaping 2mg/ml. The toothpicks only absorb a fraction of the nic, but I found these nice for travel and during some extended business meetings.

They are freaking out at my work and ordering perma masks for the adult team . Nothing for the kiddos yet, which I don't quite get I mean, it's sort of like wearing one shoe protector.

I don't do "pandemics' anymore, too much NPR. My sneaking suspicion is they will accelerate the vaccine, and some people will die. Since people die every day, life will go on, and well, life will go on.

It's probably a distraction from something nasty political going on by the media who don't want the populace considering THAT.

I'm very sorry but we are at the point in genetics it would take some OTHER weird and crazy virus like HIV to wipe us out, and that doesn't come along so often and I remember the DIRE predictions on THAT. How it could spread aerosol any minute.

Call my cynical, call me mean. I am probably in the "high risk" category, but again, I invite my Creator to protect me or take me home, either one is FINE with me. I put away my shopping carts. That has to count for SOMTEHIING.

Also bought some flavors from NIc River does that count as shiny?

Our insurance company would like me and my husband to bend over.

We/I just CAN'T. We had too much invested in that home we really did. This is gonna SUUUUUUCK.

But we have to.

One is more likely to die of the flu than the coronavirus. And that's if one even catches the coronavirus.

About this toothpick thing I am confused what on earth is wrong with the confusingly named American General Snus which is actually Swedish and totally safe?

Toothpicks IDK whoo, Seems like a ton of unnecessary work

Also, General (you'd have to import) makes stuff called G4 (mint or cryo_ is what I have they are ALL white, and just taste AWESOME

I like that idea. Having toothpicks in my mouth makes me nervous for some reason. Stab myself in the cheek or hiccup and swallow it and get it stuck in my throat. Mints sound good.

I use lozenges but they are expensive. The ones I always used were large and lasted a long time. Got some more a couple of months back, same brand but they were tiny and went too fast. I'm definitely going to try making some mints.

Hi Mark and Thanks You for weighing in.
So then about 20mls of PG and Vodka? If I am reading correctly and GETTING this (d'uh)

3mls of nic (110mg) 2-3mls of spearmint flavoring and 20ish mls of PG/Vodka, Totaling 20mls. Add toothpicks and let soak

Got a link, Anna? American General Snus search doesn't produce anything by that name. And General Snus site wants you to register on their site before you do anything. The only thing I could look at on their site was a store locator. Nothing about their products. And on SnusDirect and other sites, I can find General, but not American General.
