Great talent for ordering beautiful doors and buttons anyway. He is a rather amusing chap as well.
I've never been called chap before.
Many, many other four letter words but chap is new.

I like it.

I can't find it now but some pages back it was said that flat wire gives off a lot of spit back.
Its all about how it is wicked. Just had the same problem. My Aromamizer almost shot my tongue to pieces. I did what I always did (for a while) and that is suck harder. More air sort of calms it down. Eventually I had enough and I opened it up. The problem is I was lazy in wicking it. With flat wire I wick hard. I literally screw the wick into the coil....easy as it is actually a screw :p.
That took care of the spit back immediately.
Also very important...I don't space flat wire to much. I want maximum contact with the coil. To much spacing limits that. Something between a contact and spaced coil...:thumb:
Sometimes I use rectangle wire and I've never had a problem with spit back. That might be because I use mechs low ohm high wattage.

PET scan Friday showed no signs of any spreading. Appears to be just in the lung (thank you GOD)
Surgery is Tuesday to take out that part of the lung.
I am fine and no symptoms or pain whatsoever.
Thanks for asking ;)

So glad to hear this!!!

I hope everyone is doing well today!

Supposed to be in the 50s here today. If it’s not too windy I may pack up the camera and go off to the marsh. Or I may just take it out in the porch and try to lure the chickadees to the feeder.

despite having ordered it on with a decent discount, i'm thinking about cancelling my coil master v4_ this order $18.99 Authentic Coil Master Coiling Kit V4 - 1.5/2/2.5/3/3.5/4mm poles at FastTech - Free Shipping

    and ordering this instead
    $5.08 YC Vape E-Cigarette Wire Coiling Jig Tool Kit - 2mm + 2.5mm + 3mm + 3.5mm heads at FastTech - Free Shipping

good reviews, some preferring it to the more common type like coil master, one reviewer posted this tutorial

it's cheaper and less parts and according to the review, more dependable... only i am not sure how dependable the reviews are, since it's use is not that widespread________thoughts?

Doing like he does you have long legs.
Mine are usually shorter. Mainly because i think of how much waste that would be over time lol.
Honestly for me not innovative enough for me to order it to replace my coil master. But i could be wrong.
    Why not get both lol.

BTW he is reviewing a coiling tool and cuts his wire with scissors. Why just why.
Bet he has to cut cotton 8 times lol.

Not sure about the wire as I do no deviate from my usual pre-built claptons anymore but the Mizer does shine best with lots of air

In 4+ years of building I have never bought a jig of any sort. My friend Cigatron made me my first coil builder. After that it became a collection of drill bits, mandrels, screwdrivers, dental picks, I even have a lock picking tool in my cup that carries all things to tweak coils. I could not even begin to tell which is better. I do not build anything advanced either. Good luck

That is really good news Chanel. My mom is a cancer survivor of 40 years after a diagnosis of stage 4 melanoma. You got this lady! And, you have the best support group ever cheering you on. My best thoughts and wishes for you.
