I broke out a tape measure because I never remember what size my mods are, so I checked the SqEvo dimensions against the Armageddon. It’s about 10mm taller, otherwise the same size. I’d call that small now, let’s see who posts a hand check first... I’d like to put $5 on Skunk.
I wouldn't bet on me lol. I have been focusing again on paying off all my debts. It has been rough catching up from the fire, and I don't have any more gear I am willing to part with. :( I hate having to be frugal...
I am grateful I was able to pick up the Armageddon and Unicorn stuff so cheap. I needed to stockpile a bit and those are perfect. I couldn't pass those up.
I'm always willing to help others spend their money though:D

Thanks for all the well wishes. Modern medicine is amazing. I walked into the hospital at 9am Tuesday and wheelchaired out on Wednesday at 11am. Surgery was 3 hours long and harder than expected due to my having a small chest cavity.
I was super scared, I have had a lot of surgeries with no fear but this had me crying like a baby. They went in laparoscopically, cut the lung so as to remove the cancer part of it. Somehow had a bag in there with their tools, bagged it all up, including two lymph nodes and then removed it all. That bag will go to pathology to make sure there are no cancer cells in the lymph nodes. If not I am done. If so, I will do chemo. The pain was there for sure, especially while coughing. Still is, thankfully I can just stay medicated for a few days. I was able to leave if I could walk the whole floor section of where I was, a little trip around 2 nurse stations. I did it a few times with a walker and then did it without the walker. I have one of those lung toys type things that I blow into to get my lung functions up.
This all amazes me because I only found out in the beginning of January and it is done and taken care of in the beginning of February.
This diagnosis was for sure my worst fear realized. Short of the loss of a loved one. So it was here and now it is gone.
PLease, any of you, all of you that smoked go get that early detection scan of your lungs.
I will copy and paste this in the shinyitis thread for those that do not come to the animal thread.
THanks all. I am going to seriously practice gratitude from here on out. I will be nice even to the people I have on the ignore slot. LOL

So glad you are OK! I have had that lung scan and will probably have another as I get ready for knee replacement. I always thought they were routine but not anymore!

I’m sore tempted. Can’t pull the trigger just now though, property taxes and house insurance are due this month.

I will have one in my hand today and will take a picture. I had it in my hand a couple days ago, and it is one great feeling device. Chances are high at $115.00 that I'll be coming home with it. If I do, I'll be doing that apologizing I mentioned earlier. Anyone got an extra room I can stay in while I'm in the dog house? :D

Mine is 18th Amendment Fresh Fruit and Cream. It is just so tasty, smooth , and creamy. Used to be Speakeasy Root Beer Float, which I still love by the way.

I'm workin' on my second bottle of that right now :D I wasn't sure about it at first but it's been steadily growing on me. What fruit notes are you getting? Pineapple has to be in there somewhere. Maybe mango? I dunno but it's delish.

It amazes me too what can be done laparoscopically now. I hope the pain settles down quickly, and I'm glad everything went well

Oh boy. I hear you mate. I don't get on with big mods either. My simpathies also about your Hippo. You got me kinda worried now. I pinned all my hopes on it as small squonkers are not easy to find.
I'm completely with Ange about the Luxotic Surface. Mine hasn't missed a beat yet. Same with the mech Luxotic. The Surface is the same size as the Hippo. For the price I paid and the service I got/getting out of it (surface) already, is a win for me. Another thing that really impresses me is the TC on the Surface. I highly recommend it.
I've been looking at the Luxotic Surface since they came out but I just don't like the designs on the doors - I was kind of hoping they'd come out with some plain colours. You've got me reconsidering though Fred.

That's a great price Rob. The white delrin is nearly twice that in some places.

My Hippo (calling it that from now on :D) is doing a new weirdness now - flashing the Hippovape logo on the screen every minute or so. Still vapes fine and I really don't want to go through the hassle but I guess it's ticket time at 3fvape.

    Hi all,
I went in the hospital at 9:00 Tuesday morning for an 11am surgery. I wheelchaired out of the hospital at 11am yesterday. There is pain, but not more then pain pills can handle, there is three suture wounds that were glued shut. I was walking the night of surgery with a walker and then walked the next morning, a lap around the floor I was on, without a walker. I am at my daughters because I plan to do a few days medicated and she will take care of me and my dog. Modern medicine is amazing. They went in laparoscopically, cut the lung, put it in a bag and then pulled it out. They also took a couple of lymph nodes to send to pathology. If the lymph nodes comes back as my DR suspects, no cancer then this is over for me and I will get a CT scan now every three months rather then once a year for the next year or two.
It is raining hard here but am going to take an umbrella outside and do some laps in the driveway and then go back to bed.
Thanks for all the prayers folks.
