good back up. the NL looks pretty alright. weird that there's an official big distributer for the germans together (inluding swiss and austira) with a dead online store link.
got suggestions how to subtly sweeten a cardamom mint black tea mix? or do they got enough sweetness the flavours. guess i gotta pop in on the mixers!
You could go with the manufacturer in Italy....I've had no problems with delivery to France....

VR should be handling this problem totaling not just "offering to send you a label" They should either be able to make it happen or just refund your money if they cannot. (A UPS label, and a guy that comes in a brown truck to pick it up) It should not be your problem to figure it all out at all. IN my experience with both Asmodus and VR if they do not have the right one in stock, they send another and hope for the best. I would not let them get away with it. They sent the wrong one, it is impossible for you to send it back right now, "give me my money back" is what I would be yelling.
i had this with elevate, the colour i wanted was online but only in the states warehouse turned out, which they only ship locally from. wotofo asked me first before they sent me the available colour_ ironically i ordered the gold and got the blue.
I think under normal circumstances, I would be attacking this differently. But, it’s weird times right now. I forget every place isn’t as shut down as NOLA, yet. It’s sort of like post hurricane, but with electricity and no toilet paper lol. I’ve been stuck in the house for over a week, not that there’s any place open to go to. Groceries and pharmacies are open, but they both deliver or have curbside. Himself is up all night with either stress induced reflux or can’t sleep because he’s worrying about how to get his med students or his patients taken care of. If he doesn’t sleep, neither do I. Frankly, I’m too freaking tired emotionally and physically to be indignant at whatever they offer. They responded almost immediately, and honestly I have asked for nothing but to swap the mods. They’ve been great, given the circumstances and with no push/shove from me. I’m more focused on figuring out my neighborhood grocery’s online ordering system so I can place an order for tomorrow. God help me, I’m excited they offer curbside so I can get out of the house. I do appreciate where you’re coming from, and you made valid points. I just don’t have the starch in my sails to pick a battle right now.
good for you. I am a suspicious consumer most of the time, wary to be taken advantage of. Maybe I should let down my guard for once.
I am too. Usually I’m a relentless tiger until I get what I think is due. The fault here if anywhere in this is with me. Vapor Range has offered multiple ways to get this settled without my asking for anything more. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future. They’ve been quick to respond, and have offered multiple options. The refund of 30% came after I told them I wasn’t sure I could get it in the mail. The first thing they did was say they would immediately ship me the correct one. I didn’t want them to do that until I could determine if I could return what I have. I do want to be made whole, but not make a profit off the situation. That’s not fair either.

the place i always get online groceries from doesn't have a delivery slot available in the next 3 weeks. the nearest 'click and collect' store of theirs is 8 miles away and i don't have a car.
there will therefore be more soup. i hope.
