Know what else I don't get? Pop tarts...

They tried to market them here decades ago. But what even is that?

I have a feeling youre about to get reported to admin saying crazy stuffs like that on a Yank forum

For the record, im not with him, i finally got to try pop tarts about 5 years ago when they tried to break them into the market here

Okay, i didnt get it either it was like a thin tasteless wafer of superheated jam that was designed to scold and burn your mouth

If i wanted to burn my mouth, id go to Macca's and get an apple pie and burn my mouth that way, like a true blue Aus-merican...oh wait

Why are you Americans exporting foodstuffs that burns people

i don't mind a maccas apple pie

unidentifiable sugary gloop with cinnamon pie would be more fitting, but ok

    My pleasure:thumbs::pervy:
No doubt some more .Blankers shall be along in no time to put in their :2c::2c: worth:pervy:

I do the same as Daniel. Basically, with the legs under the coil, I only pull the coil up a tiny bit, 1-2mm. The top of the coil is about even with the top of the posts.

You will find that the side of the wicking you twisted so it will go through the coil is going to need a bit more combing or fluffing than the other side. I tend to pull it through so there’s more to cut off on that side. Saves me time, easier to get the fluffiness even.

thanks. i think it's at least partially my mixes were still stuck in wick.

Guys all my mixes are 'cloudy'...:(:(

Always a mistake to even contemplate whats actually in a Maccas product

You orders it, you eats it and you crosses a few extra months off the end of your life

    That is The Method

I had my first burger in a decade a few months ago, and having given up sugar 2 years ago when i was ill, i was almost sick eating the bun....

In my entire life, stemming from when we were kids, Macca's or Hungry Jacks (Burger King to your Yank friends - because we already had a guy with the business name Burger King here, take that Murica!) was a once in a while treat, for me always was until i fully stopped going near them a decade ago. I dunno when it became like a regular source of daily intake....

I didn't know maccas or HJ existed until I was at least 10.

Flake and chips was take away. And not often.

Open packet, put two in toaster. Less time than toast or muffins.

Weird to think of not having access to crumpets in packs.
Fortunately for you, as far as former British colonies go, the Aussies have done better stocking the grocer’s shelves with proper food than we have here . Sad world, I must make my own crumpets

I can recall two times as a child my mom got us fast food, and a few times we had pizza when I was a teen. We never even had soft drinks in the house unless it was a holiday. The only time my kids got fast food was when we were on vacation. I don’t know how people eat that stuff all the time.

My kids were in middle school before they found out coke wasn’t an alcoholic drink. We always said it was only for adults lol

When i come down your way im more likely to get into a hot waffle with Nutella on it though, you lot are weird down there
Thank you for saying Nutella. What a waste of that Milo, which is best as JUST Milo and condensed milk, no other liquid. Sweet crunchy heaven ... have your cardiologist on speed dial.
    Vile toaster pastries.
Alomost used that big red X there to get everyone in giant uproar, knowing you'd just laugh it off. ;)My favorite was blueberry, no frosting but covered in butter after the toaster that filled all the tiny holes :D

    goodbye

I won't touch anything with high fructose corn syrup, hydrogenated oils, msm, nitrites, or sulfites, sugars, etc. We mainly make our own foods from scratch, and avoid processed foods, and fast foods all together. Be kinda useless to quit smoking, and then ignore what our diet can do to us. Got the garden all in a couple weeks ago, and everything is coming up now. I'm so excited to have our own produce on the way again this year.

Gardens from the last couple years. Pics of this years coming soon.
