There's absolutely no way you're going to hate it... it's like a product of immaculate conception....damned amazing.

Full disclosure....I am an average BB fan :D:D
Haha. Not fully awake with first cup of Joe in hand and I thought he was talking about the ostrich Dooney! I am thinking, I knew Charlie was cultured but my gosh he knows about fine bags too. lol

You and I shared a few PM's about freedom of speech and what not but can I ask you to be careful in things that might offend? Sometimes it is not necessary to say everything you feel in a thread full of people that might feel differently. I am a believer and I shuttered when you referred to my GOD as a fairy in the sky. Now I understand that not all here are believers and might not take offense but some do.
We all want to feel comfortable and not offended. It is especially important now after the recent breakdown in convo some have experienced here.
I would just like to think you are trying a little harder, K?

you guys' so much talking got me watching dot/bb aio vids... so grateful i got into squonking before lest i be tempted. you people are serious budget hazards!

I love squonkers. But I also have and love a bit of everything, including a BB. I don’t see any need to pick one style and not experiment, even if it means spending my children’s inheritance. That would be like saying, I love Italian food, so I will not try anything else.

Not one for drop in coils but I love this darn Freemax I have not been able to put down

The guys tempted me too from the good reviews back before rba's but they required too high powers: bigger mods and more battery changes. @Metmorfin I like Nunchaku2_ with the .2 mesh coils, always under 60w and decent flavour., daresay recommend it, but i haven't tried that many so no expert. You should know though, all stockcoils will leak a bit first before you learn the tricks of closing AirFlow as you fill, to go slow, sometimes to turn down and blow etc and get a feel for it.

if you find DL too hot, you might need more air, or lower watts?

do you find the first toot too hot? if it is that, reduce watts, or open up air

if you find 1st toot pleasant, but over the course of a few toots or a few minutes vaping, you find it progressively gets hotter until it unbearable, then try TC or evolv replay

Atm I'm using aspire tigon tank, 1.2 ohms coils, 70VG/30PG, 3 mgs, 10W, afc fully open but isn't big enough for a more satisfying DL so I have to do RDL with lips partially opened to get more air in. I also tested the 0.4 ohms but I got some spit back and gurgling

I tried the Cerberus tank that came with my aegis solo but I faced vape to warm, spit back (worst thing ever) and leaking which was frustrating so I haven't tried again.

I want more vape in and more nicotine to help with cravings but I think the nicotine makes me cough (I think that because if I use 0mgs I don't cough at all, no matter what VG/PG ratio I use) so atm I'm limited. Need to try other things that could hopefully work.

    I appreciate the help.

At the risk of boring everyone, ill elaborate a "little" on TC using a simple example of the differenc ewhen you hit the fire button

    VW/Power mode:

    Mod set to 50w
    Mod fires at 50w
Heat continues to climb as long as you hold the fire button down

    TC:
Mod set at say 200 c
    Mod set at 50w
Mod initially fires at say 38w to get the coil up to heat
Mod drops wattage to about half that to maintain 200 c
On a good TC chipset that means every time you hit the button you get a near identical vape, thats what appealed to me, it was consistency and i love that.

As @Doffy posted, theres Evolv DNA and theres their replay function on recentish chipsets thats like TC in trying to give you the same vape time after time, but works separately to (most common way im led to believe as its less fiddly - you train it, i got out of DNA before Replay came along), or in conjunction with, TC

    TC mods to buy:

    • Most mods now do it out of the box, most do it relatively well
    • Evolve DNA mods do it better and are the next level up. Owned a few over the years.
    • Dicodes is a level above tha, but requires their wire to work at its peak, and really hard to justify the price jump over Evolve DNA. Dicodes is the only one ive never owned/tested. Its a "be nice to have" mod...

    TC Mods to avoid:

    • Smok pretty much whether its TC or not really, save one model, and i think everyone knows which model that is :)
    • Anything Yihi powered...SX x Class anything, worst TC mods i ever owned/used, overpriced to boot. I often tell the story of how i was happy to send my SX Mini M Class to a friend in France years ago, just so it wasnt in the same country as me. Terrible thing. #rattlesnake

Thank you for the explanation, now I have a better understanding of TC and maybe replay which might function in a similar way (I gather so far). One question if I may is when you say evolve DNA you mean a mod or chipset and if either is there an example name of one?

I did look up dicodes out of curiosity a couple of days ago, beautiful mods but way to expensive.

everything could potentially spitback. you sorta get a feel for the coils with use, when to blow a bit before inhaling, more importantly when you should start at lower power and pulse esp after filling until the accumulation on the coil evaporates and everything is back into the cotton.. open airflow more at first and use higher wattage while pulsing also works sometimes..

    POSSUM :w00t:

OH boy here in little "peaceful" ol NZ, people's eyes go grey at the mention of that word. They are the arch enemy here. We have a possum fur trade here...:w00t:
They were brought in by the early settlers for their fur. Their population soon exploded however...no predation.
With that population explosion the indigenous trees started to suffer. They feed on the new growth tips and that kills the trees. Beautiful trees hundreds of years old have dissapeared and its a continued fight to try and save what is left. People in neighborhoods even trap them as they are everywhere around here. One stopped me in my tracks (scared the hell out of the dog) one dark night when I first heard its unearthly sound.
Yeah I don't blame the possum (beautiful creature), but I LOVE and treasure trees more.

POSSUM:grr::grr::grr:.......10 years ago I was married ( for 30yrs ..I was a child bride;););)!:D:D:D )and we owned a 100 acre block. Just a dry stock, beef and lamb block, with 20acres we had planted in pine trees.
Well those possums wrecked my house roses and the orchards by the house.Every morning ALL my lemon trees would have the peel stripped off them, many other native NZ trees attacked etc and the pine trees were not looking too flash either. The established older trees we wrapped parts of their trunks in those sheets of stainless steel you bend around said trunk. The possum will slip and slide trying to get up the tree but can't. We even had the odd possum in the house from time to time. Anyway with lots of trees and lots of possums there is a two pronged approach that works instantly. Spotlight and rifle. Game over, quick and easy. My eyesight was brilliant then. Many nights were spent doing this until the problem was resolved, horrible destructive critters they are.

skrr-s didn't leak. but i hated it. too airy and just meh flavour and cloud not thick enough
Never tried a Skrr so no opinion on it. Never tried a Cascade either, but it’s similar enough to the NRG and plenty who have it enjoyed it.

Personally I have rarely found a tank too airy. I prefer dl with 810 drip tips. It’s really a matter of heat/power to air ratio with the right coil
