Sad news. After a run ugh couple weeks, I made the decision to put Rudy to sleep.

The vet is open but not allowing people in the building. They made an exception for us, and put a table and chair in the garage for the procedure. There’s no way I could have just handed him over. I had to be with him in his final moments, didn’t matter if it was in a garage or a bean field, I had to be there for him.

Georgia came too. I felt it was important so she would understand where he went.

I didn’t tell anyone. I didn’t want anyone else there.

My son has been calling since the ride home. I know there’s some drama going on over there but I just can’t cope with that right now he’s a grown man, he should be able to sort himself out without dragging me into it.

I'm so sorry Dolores. I grew up with dogs, and Sue and I have had dogs since we've been together, and I know how it feels to put a trusted friend and family member to sleep. I still have tears in my eyes when I think about our last dog we had to let go, and I'm crying for you, Georgia, and Rudy as I'm typing.

Heartwrenching decision to have to make. Kudos to your compassionate veterinarian. Condolences for you and Georgia.

I’m so sorry, it’s hard to let them go. Doing the best thing for Rudy. Hugs!

So sorry to hear that, losing a dog (or another pet) is like losing a member of your own family.

I still remember my Pointer ''Franky'',mom and me actually got two puppies from a friend, she kept one and i kept the other one.

Had him for almost 3 wonderful years but like you i had to put him to sleep and until today it pains me,like a hole in the heart that will not close...haven't been able to have a dog ever since.

Really sorry you had to go thru that, truly am.

Posting some pics of Franky so maybe it cheers you up,they are pretty cute :)

I know Rudy helped you get through some really hard times. It's Georgia's turn to do that now. I'm thinking of you

Ok thanks Charlie. In the FT cart it is then.

Anyone here tried the Ulton clone of the Tripod RTA?

I haven't heard of anyone who has, which is weird considering the positive reviews the authentic has. And @ShowMeTwice loves his Tripod too.

Reading through the reviews at FT I'd happily purchase the Ulton version - if I wasn't stuck waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay down my bf RDA bunny hole ;)
Not a fake review.: FastTech Forums
Since you've got FT speed shipping, test it out for us
