a big fan of the Bowie early years Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars was a fav LP when I was 15ish

I always liked Bowie, (and still do, don’t get me wrong) but i used to think he was just weird ( weird is great) and now I sense so much darkness in his music. Might just be my perception has changed. I’d love to read a good bio, if there is one.

well that term has been around for a bit. Usually someone who comes to the defense of a person who has wronged someone or started unwanted drama. Could also be a sock account as well.
Once witnessed an argument between 6 people. Turned out 1 person had 4 accounts.

what it hardness etc actually, does it mean the power measurements arent actually accurate or is it speed of firing or what?

I’m not the right person to explain this, but I’ll do my best.

First, for whatever reason, squonkers and mods With rta never hit really the same imho. Topside has a great hit though. But I approach regulated the same as unregulated, as far as squonkers go, with the same coil (wire and resistance) and shooting for the same wattage. That was a great thing to learn.

The boost feature on the Colossal is just how fast it pre heats the coil. I can’t offer any technical explanation, all I know is, it works. It just sends more or less power till it’s at the wattage you set, how much power for how long I don’t know.

Other mods have that or a similar feature, but I haven’t used them so I can’t compare.

My opinion is, mods that do tc well do a lot more than tc well. They have ways to adjust and customize the hit, although they all do it differently. Best bet is just to play with every setting and find each mod’s sweet spot.

I like the topsides just fine in wattage, I like the paranormal in replay, and the Colossal and other AsMODus in curve or tcr.

thanks. good place to start computing it.

i have tried tinkering with my gen... but i got contradictory results and ended up suspecting the resistance reading. it's got pulse mode and a hitting strength setting, which i'm not sure what it does. never tried its tc/tcr (that's a diff project, a failed attempt in te dropin days put me off it, gonna try it again maybe soon once i've ordered SS coils).

there's no boost-mode-equivalent on topside right? i only know there's deregulating it or installing TCmode.
