D) If you love it so much I suppose you can hang onto your Klone:wub:
I haven't made it to see If they are still available at the shop by my house. I had to fill out paperwork at a new job today and I gotta finish it tomorrow. I should have time after I am done there.

So I spend all day slaving away hard at work, dodging crap left right and centre, along with the odd chicken. Come on here and find you've all gone mad over the Gear RTA

    Blame @Fidola13 . She started it. :D
My tablet wore Powerade after I read that  @Opinionated also has the gear, and she also happily MTL's it

I wouldn't recommend it to a MTL vaper who prefers the Beserker RTA. But loose/airy MTL is certainly possible

:D Totally back on my list.

It was the first “so outrageously overpriced“ item that I really don’t want that popped into my head. I mean, a really nice watch or something and I’d have been devil-tempted

Has anyone ordered from Wet Vapes? I’m not in the mood to wrangle with unscrupulous vendors at the moment.
I'll take a Birkin or even a Kelly. Oh wait, I do not have the Klone to trade for it

The FT noname clone's cheap. Ok quality but not great - crunchy threads. Good tester if anyone's sitting on the fence though. Deck and AF same same

I have a problem that many other Shinys may have and may only be the ones that can offer suggestions.

I buy LOTS of Shinys that I don’t even remember I have. Case in point is this gorgeous gunmetal gray Dual Topside. I haven’t even put batteries in it to see if it works!!! I’ve only taken it out of its case once lol!

Yet what a waste. It’s a beauty and should be shown off not hidden away unused and collecting dust.

I’m sure many of us thoughts with deemings right around the corner that we might be able to sell some of these manic buys in my case anyways.

So here I have a stunning mod collecting dust. I think at some point after deeming regulations came out we’d be able to off load many of these mods we had no real intention of keeping & using.

However, I can definitely see myself enjoying this mod. So.... do I give in and go ahead and use it or do I hang tough and keep it pristine then try to sell it after the FDA decides to kill us with a million paper cuts!!

Will any of these “extra” mods be worth anything once they can no longer be bought on the market? Like I see people selling beautiful Provaris for next to nothing! Why would you sell these classics for next to nothing when in 6 months they might be REAL CLASSICS. I’m not sure I understand the thinking. I still have those beautiful brand new provaris 2.5s that I had a nightmare trying to sell last fall but think it’s better to hang on to.

Oh and if you have any sense of humor and your suffering because of the lack of sports then stream The Marvelous Miss Maisel because it’s witty and funny.

so honest thoughts kids about what I’m asking .... just be kind in the way you say it. I’ve been been feeling a bit delicate emotionally lately. Thanks :)!

Strictly my pov...once opened any purchase becomes "used" and therefore should be priced accordingly. Point is if I buy something I may want to sell down the road I will use it a bit anyway since it's already lost value. I see gear like appliances in a way, once it leaves the store it's value is reduced by at minimum 30%.

I have come to believe Chicagoans think working is a federal crime....

This is now day 15 of my fasttech order doing nothing but sitting in Chicago AFTER going through customs and being released.

I want my stuff at this point and feel they are holding it hostage.

    Good morning! It's Monday. :(

That is encouraging. I just made my very first Fasttech order yesterday. I can't wait to get it......in 2022.

I have a lot of stuff I’d completely forgotten about. I at least put a battery in them to make sure they’re working, and if I only have one, I use it. Maybe only for a day. But I’m not getting rid of anything unless I’m sure I don’t like it.

There’s a lot of gear I will someday sell or trade off. No intentions of making money on it, I don’t mind a bit of loss - better than not having tried the things. I always feel like I’m missing out if I don’t at least try stuff, but not all is going to suit me.

Should you leave that ‘new’ or use it? I have one, and while I like it, if I had to sell one of the topsides, that would be the one I’d sell. I just prefer the singles. I’m not sure I’d pay less, necessarily, if it had been gently used than for NIB. If it had been someone’s beater for a year, lol, then I’d want a serious deal.

I guess that would change if it was a sought after item though. Like you bought few of something at a high retail price and put them away. They become obsolete after that. Now someone wants it. I say the price you paid is fine if you did not use it except for trying it out

Wait a second!!!!!!!!!!! Bubble glass??? Nooooooooo, no, no and No.

The picture I popped up and others I saw didn't have  BUBBLE glass. Maybe I posted a photo of something else.

If it does have bubble glass then my nice neat list will have a GIANT black line running through the Gear. Sigh, I'll be back to a list with nothing on it.

Heading off for a another look.
    stoopid bubble glass, argh ;)

Gear comes with bubble and straight glass. I don’t think I have any extras, but I’ll look. If I do, I’ll dm you.

Keep in mind Chicago was hit very hard with covid cases. Guessing their hub is running well below average staff numbers.

In the end all it comes down to the buyers priorities doesn't it?

As we used to say when we were into collectibles, everything is worth what someone is willing to pay for it.

That is encouraging. I just made my very first Fasttech order yesterday. I can't wait to get it......in 2022.

It usually takes 3 weeks to get a Fasttech order delivered, for me.

It all depends what hub it comes into though. My Vaporesso order cleared customs the day after my Fasttech order, except Vaporesso came in through New York and Fasttech through Chicago.

I've been sitting here now for over a week waiting for the topper I ordered from Fasttech, but Chicago just isn't moving.

This is the second time I've had problems with the Chicago hub, and if I could figure out how to bypass Chicago altogether I would. They really do seem allergic to doing their jobs at the post office there, COVID or no.

Agreed excepting things that hold their value via the market like a BB for example or various other pieces of kit. As long as they are in mint condition...you have to allow for scrapes and dings with anything.

It's like the second hand car market. Most modern stuff depreciates in value significantly but some of the old rbclassic stuff or rarer classic new stuff keeps its value much better :)

    Hope you're doing ok Letitia?
