Agreed excepting things that hold their value via the market like a BB for example or various other pieces of kit. As long as they are in mint condition...you have to allow for scrapes and dings with anything.

It's like the second hand car market. Most modern stuff depreciates in value significantly but some of the old rbclassic stuff or rarer classic new stuff keeps its value much better

With anything but a pure mech I really wouldn't consider paying at or above market value. The chip is the weak link in older gear imo. Just not something I would invest in unless I simply had money to burn and was looking for display purposes only. As stated buyer priority rules.

haha. It takes awhile to figure out everyone's time zone. I know I was terribly thrown off once because someone, from another continent, mentioned the day and I did not account for time zone changes and just thought I had missed a day
