Have another look at the Gata rta. The only ultem is the MTL insert of 1.5mm id. Take the insert out, and you have 2.7mm stainless steel airflow hole. It's:

I love the metric system. Everything in tens. Can't get easier than that. I remember this way. 15cm is about 6 inches, and 30cm is about 12 inches.
