Another wonderful day on the other side of the procedure. No looking back, only forward to a better life. I am so happy for you, and will be praying as your body and mind heals. You are strong lady, and never alone.

Today was a good day,had a long drive to pick up some reports for my pops urologist.
About an hour there and another hour back,so i said screw it.
Loaded up my favorite road trip play list, used my premium e-juice i save for special occasions and just cruised there and back, windows open and always below 100 (km not miles hehe).

Normally i can't listen to music because the car is old and i'm always listening in case it makes some weird noise, not today thou...today was all me and screw the car,the world and the stress.

If anyone wants the playlist send me a pm,ill hook you up with a list of the songs.
Listened to this one 4 times in a row, mind was just in the right place for that specific tune:

And on the shinyitis side of life this morning i saw someone outside of the hospital that was vaping, tend to migrate to their proximity when i see someone vaping hehe.
Got close and saw he was using one of these:

Never seen one in person and WOW!!
Does look beautiful even if it was bright orange but i loved the way it looks.
Don't see many mentions of that brand here in ECf,anyone use one of these or another model from the same company?

I know you can do this, it only takes a good understanding DR that can tell the difference in a drug addict and a person that really was managing their pain. I am so glad you have found one.
You have got this, my friend.
Thanks Sue.....yes I'm going to get through this

Good morning Charlie. I can add to Op's good news for you.

I have had chronic lower muscle back spasms for going on 20 years now. At times it incapacitated me so bad that I couldn't get out of bed for days. I was prescribed Oxy's along with a muscle relaxer called Flexeril. I took them for over 16 years, and was very worried about addiction. I have an addictive personality, and am a recovering alcoholic that hasn't had a drink for 23 years now. I decided to just stop taking the Oxy's and Flexerils almost 3 years ago because of my fears and hate for the way they made me feel. I had absolutely no withdrawals, for which I was relieved. I thought for sure I was addicted after all those years. I now use something all natural for the pain relief and relaxation when I need it.

You can do this Charlie. You are a strong person, attested to by beating your horrific cancer ordeal. You also have a community of people that love and support you here, and I am guessing at home also. You have been, and always will be in my daily thoughts and prayers, and I will always be a friend you can lean on any time you need to.

Thanks Rob.....it's good to hear these stories of hardly any withdrawal.....how much was your dose after sixteen years?

100mg per day... 20 of the extended release in the mornings, then 40 extended in the afternoon and at bedtime...
Wow that's not far off me really although I'll definitely need to reduce. I take slow release 130mg twice a day plus 20 mg quick action four times a day.

I start Monday going to just 100mg twice a day and then in fourteen days that drops to 80 mg twice a day.

I then have another RDV where I presume the Dr will continue to reduce. From what I read on the internet I find it amazing that you had very little symptoms.

So good to know....[JUSTIFY_TEXT][/JUSTIFY_TEXT]

Well, had a nice kip on the sofa so I feel sufficiently refreshed.

I hope everyone has a great day it's Friday tomorrow...must seem like s short week for you guys after labour day....and yes we spell labour correctly :D
Glad you're Refreshed and Hope you are having a Fine day!

Ah yes, labour and colour. You already know we are weird across the Pond. We change everything that doesn't need changing. And we fail to change those things which should be changed. Exhibit A: moving to the metric system.

What about DNA vs DNA;)A 60 vs a 75C?
I was having a close look at this new Ultroner mod $169.00 Authentic ULTRONER Alieno 60W TC VW APV Box Mod - 1-60W / 1*18650 / stabilized wood + stainless steel / DNA60 chipset at FastTech - Free Shipping
It also comes with the Sevo 70 chip, but DNA's better!!
I'm just not sure about the button position on this thingo_O
I do like that mod. It's nice they were creative in the design with making it for left and right handed folks with Fire buttons on both sides. I think the button position is fine. My JAC Vapour DNA75's are about the same size and would be fine with side firing buttons.

Bookmarked and on the list! Thank you.

the usual happened to me and I forgot to put the trash to the curb because I mistook Weds for Tues.
I did that yesterday with the recycle bin. It's full and they won't be coming around again for 2 weeks. I was able to mush stuff down for more room.

Greetings Shiny folk!
Hey Katya. This is it.
$16.68 Dvarw DL V3 Styled RTA Rebuildable Tank Atomizer - 3.5/6ml / 316 stainless steel / 24mm diameter at FastTech - Free Shipping
It started a few weeks ago. Been behaving impeccable up to then. I haven't stripped it to check o rings and such yet. I'm kinda hoping someone can point me straight to the problem before I start dissecting it...:thumb:
On my 16mm, when there's too little cotton in the wicking ports then it leaked a tad.
Try a little more cotton and cut it after fitting the port chamber then wet it with juice to see if it fills the ports afterwords. If the cotton doesn't fill the port after juicing up the wicks, more juice gets drawn in which in turn floods or run straight out the airflow.
Hope this helps.

Sorry to hear that you went thru that.

Kind of funny because lately i have learned to say no.
Think i spoiled my pops to much but if you are a softie like me if and person is sick and looks at you with puppy eyes you tend to cave in.

Sometimes he asks for me to cook for him meals that require a lot of prep and work and i just don't have it in me.

The other day he asked for Cocido (like a type of stew but with a buttload of ingredients, even ''special'' meatballs called pelotas) i looked at him and had to say no.

I mean come on 2 and half hours of prep yeah sorry that is just one of those days i got so much to do and so little time.

But yeah DeloresRose (Rose was actually my moms name,Rosa in spanish) you are right,if i get sick i can't take care of him properly so i make sure i eat right and get enough sleep.

Sorry to hear that buddy, yeah i feel the same way about my mom.
Cancer took her away in 2010 and no a day goes by that i don't think of her.

My dear @Cloud-FF7 what @DeloresRose said it is 100% true. Look after yourself. I can also relate, I lost my mum in 2012 to cancer and the worst part is I was living in NZ by then and before I couldn't afford to go back home for a visit (6 years). My brothers told me she was sick on a Wednesday, I flew on Friday and I didn't make it :(. I didn't get to see her, just arrived at the airport in time to go to her funeral. Something I regret everyday and wonder if she knew how much I loved her. Now I go back every two years to see my dad and the rest of the family.
