Powdered cream was my mainstay for along time. Stuff has a lot of not so good stuff in it. My friend called it "chemical warfare"
I am a tried and true half n half person. Almost the only dairy I allow myself these days. That and nonfat, carb free yogurt in my smoothies
Have you tried scalding the half and half? You'll never go back if you do, fantastic!

You may have missed my heart but there's an ache in my chest all the same. You want me to suffer eh? eh? Well I won't suffer in silence. Oh no. no no no. 2 can play at that game.

He's as you would expect. Sad. Disappointed. Angry? I don't think so but he's a grown elephant and knows how to behave. Not like some around here

Never put chit in my pure black coffee but if I did that sounds interesting. Tried the wife's coffee once with creamer and sugar chit. Spit it out, real fast. yyyyyyYuck.

I'm old school when it comes to coffee.

Been using this for a long time:

cafetera-moka-express-tazas-ml---aluminio---bialetti.jpg

Bean wise i have been using the same kind of coffee for about a year.
It's from Sulawesi Toraja (Sulawesi island in the Malay archipelago in Indonesia).

Now normally i wouldn't be able to afford it but i have a friend in Madrid who owns a specialty coffee shop,he makes most of his money from selling the coffee beans than the cups of coffee people have when they go to his store.

He sells a lot around Europe so i help him out with his English needs and he sends me enough of this BEAUTIFUL TASTING coffee to last me for a year...just the 1 cup a day he he it is expensive.

Morning coffee that is the one i use,for the rest of the day i just use much cheaper options...but let me tell you that coffee from Sulawesi,WOW!!

And yeah no milk or sugar, you gotta taste the coffee.

What's a half and half?

Half-and-half is simply an equal-parts combination of milk and cream. It is half whole milk, half heavy cream. This not only affects the taste but also the way it works in recipes. If you are watching your calories, half-and-half is a good alternative to heavy cream.

I occasionally use a stove top maker, but usually just my 15 bar pump machine. Mainly cuz I love my steamed milk too much

I prefer half n half, but it’s not practical, me not wanting to go in stores and all. Plus the crushed drywall doesn’t drop the temperature of my mud.

I'm kinda old school to. I grind by hand (slowly so the beans don't burn) only what I need for one cup. Coffee making for me is a slooow process.

I'm lazy now that I seldom drink coffee. Convenience store coffee has come along way here, bean ground coffee with whatever additives you choose at the push of a button. I prefer caramel cream myself. Still waiting for a brown butter cream to show up.
