I got my batteries today, but the Samsung 40T's must be a smidge longer than my Molicel p42A's as they don't fit in some of my chargers, whereas the Molicels do. I tried them in my efest Luc v4 and Nitecore sc2. I finally got them charging in a USB Golisi L2 that I won.
But it's a brilliant excuse to buy a new 4 bay charger  I'm tossing up between an Efest LUC v4 Elite HD and a Xtar X4, as both are mains powered, have 2*2A/4*1A charging and are available locally

I loved my luc6 and was broken hearted it couldn't accommodate my 21700s. Probably order the elite 4 and use the all88 for a backup. Thanks Ange.

You're welcome  I'd love to get a Miboxer c4-12 12A charger. But as no one on NZ stocks it, I'd need to get it from China

Why, why did I mark that “useful”? Stop it, SMT
I need to use the stuff I bought and haven’t used yet before I buy more!
You're funny! :) And I can't stop it cause I learned from the best here. Plus I get my kicks in too. ;)

Now read this very s-l-o-w-l-y ...... "we know you want a dotMod dotBox 75w". They're soooo comfy in hand with that spectacular dotMod finish and they are a really fine mod. :D

I'll just share this pic of my LE Gunmetal dotBox 75w from last years dotMod BF 50% off sale.

ETA: I have a lot of stuff I haven't even opened yet too.

I bought my Miboxer C4-12 v2 12A last year from Aliexpress. It is one of the best chargers I have and like many here I have several.

    Aliexpress Miboxer C4-12 v2 12A charger.

It has options! Miboxer C4-12 |18650 Battery Charger|Smart Charger|Where There is MiBoxer There is Power|smart 12v battery charger, smart aa battery charger|MiBoxer Charger

ETA: IIRC Aliexpress shipped it pretty quick too.

ETA2: It fits 20700, 21700 and 26650's perfectly. It takes all these...

Ok I've had the Supbox 70W for half a day now so I don't pretend to be an expert. I'll cover the 2 main modes with my first impressions:

    1) Billet Box mode- Interesting idea and flexible . You can use traditional boro tanks with your preferred bridge or you can use a tank like the Vapesnail or the equivalent "pod" that allows the use of Nord coils or the SXK drop ins. Clever.

I've only used the Vapesnail clone so far. It works ok but the main negative here is the airflow. It has to come in around the cage and as a result is less direct and a bit more restricted than with a Billet Box. Also the condensation build up underneath the Snail is considerable. Worse than a Billet Box.

So my first impression of Billet Box mode is that it's a good idea but maybe not fully thought out. I doubt I'll continue to use it much in this mode.

    2) Atty mode - My tester atty has been the Dvarw DL. it's been my ADV for a while now on a Mixx and a Therion so it's a good litmus test.

When I first looked at it in position on the Supbox I thought the cage (made of some type of hard nylon/plastic -ABS?) would get in the way of the airflow.
This isn't the case. Air gets in fine and it vapes with no noticeable difference to the other 2 mods mentioned. This setup functions well. I like it and will keep using it in this mode.

My main worry here is again condensation build up. The photo below was taken after about 100 puffs of a 0.5Ohm build at 34W

    Condensation atty mode.jpg

    The board -

It's a Sevo 70W board. The display reminds me a lot of the Asmodus GX80 board that SXK used in their older BB clones. The GX80 was renowned for reading resistance off and was a big reason for me only buying one BB clone.

The Sevo apparently doesn't have this problem. So far mine reads resistance the same as a DNA.

It fires fast and battery life seems ok. I haven't used temp control so can't comment on that.

    Size and feel -
it's a fat little bugger. Already named it the Chunky Monkey. I've gotta say it feels good in the hand (mind/gutter).
Here it is in comparison to the Mixx -slightly shorter but thicker (mind/gutter). Definitely feels strong and comfortable. I like the firing button - well placed and clicky/responsive.

    Supbox and Mixx comparison 1.jpg

    One negative is the finish.
It feels like the edges of the ABS body and the SS parts like the battery cap and threads are a bit rough. Nowhere near the quality of the Mixx.

Overall I'd say it's a cool idea and a fun little SBS mod with a twist. Probably a bit overpriced but it's got an addictive quality. The Chunky Monkey factor appeals to me. No way would you be likely to knock it over by accident.

I'm expecting it to be a durable, knockabout SBS with a cage that protects attys and a decent board

It's still very much on my wishlist after reading this. I wouldn't be surprised if SXK put out some condensation plugs, (or whatever they are called) for the base in the near future. Keep us updated on how your Dvarw behaves in it too.

And any review that makes me laugh my head off, is perfect
