I wanted both but missed out on the abyss. How is the re-wicking on the Ether? Do you have to dump the tank to re-wick or can you turn upside down and remove the base? I stopped using any tanks that I couldn't rewick on the fly.The Abyss with a decent drip tip and one of the new Paramour's.

Essentially you have to dump the juice but if you're about a third full you can pull it out with the tank tipped over and save what in there. I wouldn't let it put you off buying one though...I'm always dumping juice because depending on how long you leave it, often the juice has gone funky anyway and the tank needs a wash...I wanted both but missed out on the abyss. That's a big negative about the Abyss tank/Ether. It's a full tank dump to re-wick. I've been timing my re-wicking to match an empty tank to avoid it but it's a definite con about the design.I wanted both but missed out on the abyss. How is the re-wicking on the Ether? There aren't many Boro style bridges that you don't have to dump the tank for....and what's wrong with a bit of timing anyway.....he's very needy you knowThat's a big negative about the Abyss tank/Ether. 2.5mm as usual....I would think that the risk of a dry hit goes up exponentially the more cotton you've got in there. Thinning may do the trick thoughHey Charlie are you using 3mm id or your usual 2.5mm id coils in the Ether?
I've been using 3 because of the size of the wick wells but might play with a 2.5 next build.
You've been talking to my ex wife again.....he's very needy you know
Haven't had a single dry hit with 3mm. No flooding or gurgling either. Very well behaved.2.5mm as usual....I would think that the risk of a dry hit goes up exponentially the more cotton you've got in there. Thinning may do the trick though![]()
I asked my wife if she'd done a b*tchy course this morning....she laughed...then apologized. I live dangerously sometimesYou've been talking to my ex wife again
Isn't that MTL???? But yes I did too. Problem is nothing comes close to a Dvarw so far.....It's a great bridge. Makes me curious about the Ether rta
