Except for my Mixx which went haywire :D
Ya can't count that one. :D It got wet by no fault of its own. That poor little Mixx died because of a drunken Dvarw who took a leak all over it. ;)

No, you can't count that one Charlie. Not fair!

Betcha if you would have had one of @Daniel Forsyth's lovely Brunhilde's riding on that Mixx it would still be alive today. :p

From what I understand, you can use Voopoo PnP coils and the rba in Vaporesso GTX coil tanks/Pod tanks but not vice versa. That makes the Vaporesso Swag PX80, PM40, PM80 and GTX tanks a good idea

I was looking at just getting Voopoo PnP pod tank too. Anyone tried the Voopoo PnP RTA tank? or used either the PnP RBA or GTX rba? if so, I want a flavour report!
Then I assume that wotofo RBA could also work in there???

    Morning shinies ;)

Took the camera and Kroma-Z to the lake early this morning. Both performed flawlessly. I used it RDL like I do the Sceptre, and it had no probs of getting too warm a vape. Whether I got any good shots, I'll soon find out

A dead Mixx is a dead Mixx. Honestly if my mixx hadn't mixxed itself up with the wrong mixx of cotton then my Dvarw wouldn't have taken a leak at all...he was all mixxed up.....oh and I refuse to be drawn by your mixxing :lol:

Just gorgeous Ange! Hope you took a fly rod with you.

I had one rise a metre in front of me :grr: The lake levels are so low, that at lake level you're walking on sloped levees. So it's a bit harder for fishing, until it fills up a bit more. It's at 22% now, was up to 90% in Feb

I'm very very sad to have to report this but for safety of fellow vapers, I must. I own two Techmods and two Unlimit RTAs. A few days ago, my black gunmetal Techmod started draining the battery very fast. Even though I might not have been using it, it would drain a fully charged battery within two hours. Again, I didn't have to be using it, and still it would drain. I noticed it was also slightly warm to the touch. After two days of acting up like this, the following day, it would not turn on and it had a bad burned plastic smell like the chip had burned.

My white Techmod was performing fine, then only two or three days after my black gunmetal Techmod stopped working, my white one would get really hot right under the battery tube. Hot enough that you wouldn't want to hold it. I stopped using it. They've never been dropped and both are relatively new. I got the black gunmetal one from 3F and the white one from Vapin Art in my state of Florida.

In all honesty, I think these defects are dangerous because I use freshly charged Sony VTC5A 18650 batteries which can be like IEDs if shorted.

Lastly, I have a silver Unlimit that has a top cap that will not unscrew from the rest of the tank. I haven't put it in a vice, but I will have to if I want to use it again.

I'm very sad to have to report this because the Techmods were amongst my favorite mods. It's very stylish and feels great in the hand. Kizoku is a Japanese company whose products are made in China. It's a relatively new in the mod and tank market and because they're new, I'm guessing the chips their Chinese manufacturer uses are not time tested. I've never heard of their Chinese manufacturer before.

And if that weren't tragedy enough, today I was using a champagne Squid Industries Detonator. The battery was on two bars so I decided to change it. I turned it off and switched out the Molicel 20700 for another one. When I switched it to 'On' the screen was supposed to come on but didn't. I saw a spark around the down adjustment button and again in the USB-C port. It gave off a bad burned plastic smell. This was also a relatively new mod. I mostly kept it in it's box because I used my black Detonator regularly.

Today, I wrote Kizoku support and also messaged them through FB. I'm hoping for a supportive response. I haven't contacted Squid Industries yet. I know their site no longer exists but I'll try Eric on FB.

I think these are omens that it was wrong to hoard. I should use the equipment that have held through for the couple of years I've had them. I was expecting these things to last through my vaping hobby and through the Vapeocalypse but they've lasted less than two or three months with pampered use. Oh well. I guess you gamble and roll the dice.
Eric’s still on the SVG group daily. I’d hit him up on FB.
