I can see how filling the squonk bottle could get messy.
Oh! I was actually having difficulty filling the RTA tank, lol. I haven't actually had to refill the squonk bottle yet - it'll be interesting when I get to that part. Just from unscrewing the lid on it to fill it up though, I can definitely see where in the review the OP had an issue with overflow/gushing. You have to grab the inverted "bolt" on the inside that the silicone bottle is molded over as the leverage point to unscrew the cap "nut". If you try to grab the silicone bottle as the twisting point, it's just going to twist/squeeze the soft bottle. *goosh*

The issue I had was actually with the weird alien-like prebuilt disc coil/RTA refilling point. All of the videos I watched were like "just pop the cap off, insert the bottle nozzle, press down, and squeeze! Easy peazy!" Mine definitely wasn't doing that, lol. As you mentioned, I was thinking about replacing it immediately, but I wanted to give this coil a go since I've never seen one like it before. Right off the bat, the only real issue I see with it is that if it sits for a bit, you have to tip the tank upside down for a few seconds on occasion to resoak the coil. Luckily the mod is a 510 so I can just put a different BF capable RDA/RDTA/RTA on it - I have several on the way that I'm anxious to try out, so I don't think I'll have an issue finding one that works. The coil in this atomizer is 0.10-0.14 Ohms, so it's definitely regulated, lol.

Just from google images, I'm now noticing that some of the pictures do and don't show the pin that I was talking about. You're supposed to be able to compress that pin disc down with a juice bottle nozzle to refill it. Mine did not compress at all. It might have seized up, or I wonder if I got an older model or something. Even the threading post that houses that pin is of different width and height between the two pictures now that I look at it. Hmmm.

Anyway, just leaves more room for fidgeting and experimentation. Thank you for the feedback!

Didn't, but getting rid of all their stock is definitely indicative of it...
Could also be using the hype of the vape mail ban to get rid of excess stock. Although I can't imagine doing so at 70% off is very efficient, unless they just want to get rid of it.

Maybe they're trying to innovate and start fresh? Who knows.

My palette has lived such a sheltered life... I only found tahini in a store about 1.5 years ago. My daughter introduced me to hummus and she’s the only one I know who’s ever eaten it.
I love hummus... really good for you. Delicious in a sandwich with grated carrot!!

Since you like the profile so much maybe try the doom x rta
Just got an email that my first FastTech shipment went out the door. Doom X is on the way! I'll get back to you in two months when it gets here, lol. Thanks for the recommendation!

I have what I make hummus with. I’ll ask when I go. They have everything from fresh produce to a bakery to whole lambs, and aisles of canned goods and spices. It’s a wonderful place
I read "hummus" as "humans" and was unsure whether this was a cannibalistic or reproductive reference.

That thing sounds like a bit of a nightmare. A long time ago I reviewed a kit that had a tank that used those types of coils. I think it was an aspire speeder but I'm not sure.

I agree...that thing would be quickly consigned to the discard drawer or come under the hammer....depending on my mood :D

Likely. I believe it's called an ARC coil - Aspire Radial Coil (coil) :D. They're not bad necessarily, just different. I've been vaping this thing since I got it yesterday. I'm not a chain vaper though. Flavor and clouds aren't quite as good as I've experienced from prebuilt mesh, but definitely better than a lot of other sub-ohm tanks I've used. We'll see how long the coil lasts for.
