Good morning shinies....

@NolaMel I've got the Edge (SXK) and the Mobb sitting on my table right now. I've had a look at the Edge and it's pretty good although the machining isn't flawless like the OG. I'll build it soon....let me know how yours is :)

Have a really good day or whatever

Is it the SXK Mobb or did you get lucky and get an OG?
It's the SXK version....I tried to get the original but it's like pulling hens teeth. At least the drop on the Edge has a countdown on the website :)

I'm waiting for my two Boxx's then I'll try it out...or maybe my BB's or the Abyss. Too many options for a procrastinator :)

As for my newest arrival

It hasn't had its glamour shot taken yet. Compared to the Grus: it's slightly taller, slightly fatter and with the same amazing hand feel. The chip does hit a bit harder than the Grus, with boost mode on hard.

I've been using the 0.2ohm UB m4 coil, and I can see why you guys love your Thelemas. The flavour is up there with innokin z-coils and geekvape boost coils. I prefer it just below 35 watts, which is underwatting (technical term) its 40-60w. Better flavour a bit higher, but it gets warm and too intense for me.

Haven't tried the UB pro p1 0.15ohm 70-90w coil yet. I'm slowly psyching myself up for it. Just worried it will set off the smoke alarms, in the house next door

It certainly is a handsome thing.

Well i was rewicking and decided to remove the airflow ring on my abyss.
Is you want a pinch more airflow on the abyss, it worked well for me.

Pain in the .... to get the flow knob off but worth it imho.

So as mentioned its not wide open but takes enough of the restriction away that it made it almost perfect. For me anyway.

I may have to give that a try. It needs a re wick anyway. So the slider on the front is a screw I need to loosen, is that correct? (I mentioned I’ve worn bifocals for ten years lol) And then there’s two under the tank?

I just realized I haven’t checked the mail all week. I need to do that today. That’s the downside of not expecting vape mail, no incentive to go to the PO.

Every so often I’ll pick up my guitar just to see if I can get my arm over it - yesterday I finally did. First time in two years since I messed up my shoulder. My fingers are puffy and sore today, but they’ll callous up fast. I still have some loss of rotation but I think playing will be good exercise, help loosen it up more. And I think bowing the fiddle probably helped too.

Yup...you unscrew the little grub screw that you slide the AF with. Then two screw on the 510...take the top cap of the 510 off then slide the airflow ring off :)

    Somewhere between here and there
    Ibe

I suspect you'll have a pretty warm vape.

I like the .2 gtx coils on the px80 at 45 watts but wonder if the airflow will be enough on the abyss. I guess there’s one watts to find out.

    Sorry im late.
My grub was more press fit not screw in.
But beyond that once you get that out remove the two tiny torx screws and the ring comes right out.

Looks more like a cylon now.......

I might take the 510 cap off and put some PG on the airflow o-ring so it’s less stiff to adjust. o_O :thumb:

I got the Ulton, because it came with all the af pins. We’ll see! I just want a solid idea so I can decide if an authentic is worth pursuing. I love the xeta in my BB, but alas, I have only one… and I worry about the post/insulator cracking. The mobb looks a bit sturdier. Fingers crossed!!
