With all this damn after effects I have to admit i'm a bit anxious about taking this Covid shot when my turn does come up.At home and feeling lousy,still haven't been able to properly celebrate my B-Day
I know the feeling buddy.
It all depends how good or bad your immune system is,pops had both shots and he didn't feel a thing.
But in my case both shots really put a dent on me,just gotta hope it doesn't last long.

I was nervous about the first one because I have a tendency to suddenly become allergic to stuff I’d previously tolerated just fine. I ended up in the ER from a reaction to novacain after a routine dental appointment in my 40s. I kind of figured I’m one of the oldies who wouldn’t have a severe reaction even to the second shot, but I prepped for it, just in case. I made soup and bought some Gatorade and easy to eat stuff. My arm was sore, but no other problems. I’m 58.
My son, 37, and his teen daughter didn’t have a problem. My daughter, 31, said she was sick for 3-4 days with both. They’re the only people I personally know who had the shots but it seems about par, from what I’m hearing.
Go for it. Call it a birthday present.

I can't wait to get my hands on the Juggy Clone,since i returned the faulty ones i have tried 2 new attys.
The Reload S and the Kylin Mini V2...both of them have been meh,the Juggy MR really hit the spot.
Doesn't help that @Daniel Forsyth keeps on posting pics of one of his Asmodus with a Juggy Mini....it hurts
P.S: Tempted to buy another Juggy Mini from another vape shop...done some research and haven't seen anyone else with the same problem i had which leads me to believe it was just a bad batch.
Sent an email to QP Designs like a month ago and no reply...wasn't expecting a hand out but at least some acknowledgement of the issues i had and maybe just a ''sorry'' you had problems with our product,not cool.
I think you are going to like the JK Mini. I might be wrong but I think a clone of the MR just might show up on FT in the future. I read that they sent a request to their tech department. If so I would buy a few to go with my 3 originals.
I basically keep 2 to 3 setups ready and the MR is always one of them.
My newest set up that I am vaping a lot is a surprise to me. On a whim I ordered a Vapefly Siegfried. I set it up with a regular coil first. Good flavor but always some leaks since it is a bottom instead of side wick set up. So I tried the mesh for the first time in years. Wow.
I know mesh is very divisive and I understand why but once I got it set up correctly I keep reaching for it.
I would say my 2nd though 8th wick jobs were bad but when I finally got it it really is a pleasure. Quick ramp up and cool down. Huge surface area. Great flavor. At 45 watts, 0.18 ohms it is a warmish vape. A lot of people call it cool but to me it just isn't hot.
Every problem I had with dry hits was due to not enough cotton. It really is crazy how much needs to be under that coil in a very even manner. Removing one side of the mesh when rewicking works best for me.
You're not guaranteed to suffer, Fredman. I only had a mildly sore arm after the first jab (Moderna) and a slightly less sore arm after the second. My mother, too, had only a sore arm after her first (her second is tomorrow--Moderna again). A friend of mine, who is only thirty-six and presumably has a more active immune system than I, had a sore arm after his first shot (Pfizer) and felt fluey for one day after his second. My sister, who got the J&J vaccine, was also fluey for one day.
I was the only one I knew that got the Pfizer shot and got sick on the second one. My wife, her parents, friends, and brother all did fine with it.
I got my 2nd shot yesterday, just like the 1st one, I have a sore arm, but otherwise feel fine, just sucks having the sore arm, as working on my car today, but will just suck it up

Done a ton of searching i mean like hours and hours and not one single post of people having the same problem i had with the gasket (located in the fill ports),just seems odd it would happen with 2 of them in a row.
They did have consecutive numbers on the base of the atty so i am thinking it could have been a fluke of bad luck in that batch.
So far i am switching between my Hellvape Destiny,UA25 sub ohm tank and the Kylin Mini V2 RTA,and meh with meh with a side order of meh.
Only vaping because i need my nicotine fix but not enjoying any at all...hoping i will like the Dvarw or Juggy Mini i ordered.
Shame about the Juggy MR,it was perfect for me and it just felt right...like when you sit in the perfect lazy boy or even get behind the wheel of a car you are thinking in buying,just feels right...know what i mean?
Mesh wise i still haven't delved into that pool,from what i have gathered it always seemed that mesh was for higher wattage than i am used to so never really gave it a second thought.
Might give it a try one of these days,first i gotta get my RTA situation solved,not being to enjoy my vaping is seriously hindering my good mood.

I used a little Aspercream. Worked like a charm. I use it often as my arms ache a lot - especially from yard work. I’m old and wimpy lol.

Forgive me if you’ve said and I’ve forgotten, but do you have an RDA you could use meanwhile?
I just think, RTAs are not so easy to find a favorite of - and I love almost all of my Vape gear, but I’m so much more particular about RTAs, and you’re even pickier than I am. So it may take several tries to find one that suits. RDAs, on the other hand, once you know your style they’re easy to find ones that’ll work for you.
And that said, dripping ain’t for everyone, I won’t vape like that exclusively, but you could at least have a few sit-down vape sessions that are very satisfying. There are a lot of them that are easy to build and wick and the flavor will spoil you.
Just a thought.
Yeah that is something i am starting to come to terms with,hard to find the perfect RTA for me,if its not one thing its the other.
RTA's? yep,gave those a try and lasted about 2 days.
The whole dripping thing just isn't for me,even if i'm at my desk in front of the pc its just so tedious i couldn't really bare to keep on using an RDA.
Actually back in the day when i upgraded from my first vaping device i did get an RDA (think it was a Wasp Nano),after 2 days i just took it back to the shop and gave it to my friend,he gave me a nice discount on a RTA.
Then there is the whole issue of me being a man bag user,with my RTAs even if the mod is inclined i won't get any leaking inside the bag,with an RDA i just have to vape it dry so i can put away if i'm going into a shop or something.

I get why they say that, but it really doesn’t make much sense to me. I think my immune system is working alright - I haven’t caught anything in years, and it’s not because I haven’t been exposed.
And from what I understand, not having a bad reaction to the vax doesn't mean we didn’t gain immunity.
