I had one of the Double Barrel V2.1 mods. I really liked the size and feel but it was dead after a week. Board failure. Apparently they had some issues with that version and fixed it with the V3.

Ive got the V3 version and does it have some scars. I used it almost exclusively for over a year. Still works great but I need to get a wrap for it. Haven’t used it in quite some time but it’s one of those mods I’ll keep forever.

Yeah I’d been trying to score this one for months before finally getting it. They’re so hard to get new from BBV. I know a couple other people that had issues too. Shouldn’t be any problem to have it fixed but I’ll have to wait another month or so before I can enjoy it.

That’s even worse than waiting on a preorder. You have it in hand and can’t use it.

I did end up doing a little shopping at home and found a couple joyetech procore air plus tanks that I got for free with an order. I stuck one on an Argus Gt I hadn’t used in a while. The coils look like the Vaporesso Gt coils I have might be compatible.

Just a thought....you didn't leave the battery in when you changed the plates!! Also there could be a short where you've put the new plate on the screen??

Luckily I checked it before I turned any screws. I was about to put in some trvp inners a clear seal and a colored screen strip. I threw in a battery and nothing. Tried several more that work fine in my other billets and nothing. Chris Leckness of Billet Box Info had one do the same. I reached out to him and he said contact BBV and in a couple weeks I’d have it back
