Well I love it, but Hittman does not - I haven’t heard (not that I’ve really tried to) from anyone else who’s opinion matters to me about it one way or the other.
Hittman is a bit more discerning than I am, and honestly if you’re on the fence I’d probably say pass on the Z1. I’m not a huge fan of the SBS thing so I don’t have a bunch to compare this one to, and I was not impressed by the Abyss.
The Boxx or Mixx might suit you better, and a few folks here have those.
I like both, but the thing is i'm very reluctant lately to buy mods from companies i'm not fimiliar with. I don't buy much lately so when I do I want to be doubly sure it's a quality product. I've been burnt a few times with mods just dying on me....and i'm REALLY over that.
I went for the Mixx in the end for that reason. I know and trust Aspire as I have quite a few that's been running without problems for a long time. All I know about Digi flavor is the Siren tank. I imagine It's not easy for the vape designers and manufacturers to get into the market nowadays...and that to me is a good thing....for now at least.

Do a little video if possible....but depends on the problem. I had an Abyss which slowly drained the battery to zero. They asked for a video for that....what was I supposed to do a time lapse!!!

Anyway they replaced it without seeing it in the end.

Hope you're doing ok Sue
doing good Charlie! I hope you are doing ok too?

Funny that. My Dvarw DL is all of a sudden protesting with dry hits. I've been wicking it the same from day one...never had an issue. Now it don't like to much cotton.
Then again...maybe I always stuffed it to it's cotonious (did I just invent a new vape term:p) limit, and with this last rewick I went over that limit...the straw that broke the back... ;)

Digiflavor is owned by Geekvape. Look at how some of the new tanks look very similar in both brands like the drop 1.5 and the Z rda.

I didn't know that. I think they've (Digi flavor) proved themselves with tanks...but dunno about mods. That's exactly my problem.
Justin Something was always their (Geekvape) head designer. He left to start OXVA. You know who does their designing now?

I wouldn't worry about that. Several European sites I've purchased from have had a similar blurb. StattQualm in Switzerland has the following bit when placing an order...

I've never had to pay any VAT or customs fees. I think they need to include that to cover their own .... just in case some other country does collect fees.
There is a difference between VAT and customs fees.
Customs fees are imposed by the country in which you live, if you buy something from another country and have it shipped in. Those fees depend completely and only on the country in which you live. When something is shipped into the US from abroad, it goes through customs. The originating company/vendor will make a customs declaration and attach it to the product package. You will only be liable for the customs fee if the US regulations require it because of value, or country of origin or who the hell know what else.
VAT, or value added tax, is basically a sales tax which you are liable for if you live in a specific country and buy something within that country. If you live outside that country but buy within that country the VAT is either not imposed or refunded. If you buy on line in the US from the UK for example, you would not be subject to the VAT.
Just as if you travel to a European country and go nuts and buy all kinds of stuff, you will pay VAT on all of them. But, when you leave you can declare yourself to be a foreigner and not subject to the VAT and they will refund it to you.
I'm sure I'm telling you more than you want to know. But, there it is.

I don’t know who does it now. One time geekvape sent me a digiflavor mod kit for a review. I forget the name but it was a dual battery and I didn’t like it much. Might have been called the Edge.

With my creamy butterscotch cookie DIY, tasty.
Well, my JAC battery door is looking like yours. Kinda nice. I'm loosing more and more of the body coating. One day I'll just peel it all off and end up with a matte metal finish.

The JAC in my photo is my original one I bought in May 2017. The body coating has held up ok compared to some I've seen in the JAC thread. There are bits coming off here and there. I do like how the battery doors wear over time.

Vape Skinz has good quality wraps for just about every mod. They were highly recommended by DPlongo and a couple others in the JAC thread a couple years ago.

I need to buy a few skinz for a couple gracefully aged mods. I'll probably grab a few skinz for my JAC Vapour mods too.

    clone or the real thing?
Sourcemore currently has the Brunhilde MTL RTA on a 24 hour sale for $24.53 (regularly $49.99). It's an excellent RTA for flavor. Very easy to build on, wick and maintain. Easily on par with flavor from an RDA. Vapefly Brunhilde MTL RTA 23mm 5ml Rebuildable Tank Atomizer

They also have the Brunhilde SbS mod on 24 hour sale for $44.18 (regularly $74.99). It's a high quality mod. CNC'ed aluminum. Fires fast. TC mode is on par with any of my other TC mods. Vapefly Brunhilde SBS 100W Box Mod VW/TC

I'm pretty sure you have to login at SM to see those prices. Sourcemore ships fast too. My last couple orders arrived in 8 and 14 days.

Stefen Zhang was Geekvape's head designer for a fair while and left around 2017(?) to start Vandy Vape. Pretty sure that's when Justin Lai took over at Geekvape as head designer. Now at Oxva as you said

Now you have to go and do that, after I just bought the Mixx :p
I actually looked at it...loved it, but thought it looks a bit on the hefty side. It looks big in the reviewers hands to. I like smaller mods as I don't have the biggest hands (i'm a lover, not a fighter).
But yeah now i'm drooling again. It sure is a thing of beauty. DJLSB however shows it's TC signals aren't that flash...it fluctuates.

    Speaking of DJLSB... @hittman @DeloresRose
His electronic signals on the Digiflavor Z 1 shows accurate firing. Reads the resistance a bit higher, but delivers power very accurate he says.
