@charlie1465 do you have your Kumo yet?
No I don't....I've got several things on the way though and haven't checked tracking on anything....it'll get here when it gets here. I can't remember who I bought it from. It was either sourcemore or 3Fvape.

There may be one in there somewhere.

My first thought being a kiwi, was one made from pounamu/greenstone/jade. Then I remembered how much authentic NZ greenstone carvings cost - you'd need @Zazie's BF to pay.

But there's cheaper imported jade from Canada and China. And it's really just a box, with either a chip etc inside, or mech contacts and a 510.
This is a diamond encrusted trunket box, but you get the idea

One thing our local pounamu carvers do, is talk to each other and compare projects. Garth Wilson who carved my amazing Hei Matau/fish hook pendant, may be worth emailing if you want to know if anyone over here is doing something similar:

Personally I'd love a curved 18650 mech squonk mod, similar style to the Hugo Vapor Squeezer or the Boxer Classic BF 18650 mod carved in stone.

Or even stab wood, I ain't fussy. Especially if @Zazie's mate is paying!
That's really interesting. Some possibilities opening up there. Thanks Ange.

I think the best thing to do if you're really keen on getting one is to have it custom made....it will cost a fortune though. To many things can go wrong when cutting a stone block... IMO :)

I'm not at all interested in getting one. It's just curiosity spurred by Zaz' musings and I'm fairly sure she said she isn't trying to get hold of one either.
Another material I'm curious about is bone.

G’morning everybody!! I’m still looking for another RTA for the Marquis.

needs to be 24mm or 22mm, polished stainless steel, single coil and top air flow. Bottom airflow could be obstructed due to the shape of the 510 area.

Oh it needs to be available lol! I think all the new gear is sitting in container ships off the west coast.

I’m wondering if the savings we’re getting from Chinese shops is worth the log jammed ports or even the few dollars in savings.

Local shopping may cost more but it may be a lot quicker for those of us Shinys anxious to get their shiny toys!!!

    Somewhere between here and there
I'm usually never in that much of a hurry to get whatever it is that I ordered. I haven't bought any vaping hardware in the US since they started the adult signature and customer reporting. I'm not afraid to but just like the prices and selection at Sourcemore.

Only two I can think of are the Vandy Vape Kylin Mini v2 RTA

And the Oxva Arbiter 2 RTA - it's 24.5mm at the base, 26mm in the middle

There's also my Oxva Arbiter Solo RTA, but I think it will be too restricted for what you like.

todays the 1st day that I’ve used it the entire day. The flavor is wonderful. The deck is done nicely but a bit small with the angled coil leg holes. But that just may be me with shaky hands!! It is slightly restricted air flow but not a deal breaker. Some flavors do better w tighter air flow. I used a 3.5 ID at .45 ohms at 30ish Watts. I think I got that size ID from DJLs YouTube review or maybe another reviewers YouTube.

I’m glad I bought it and it’ll probably stay in the daily rotation. It’s a very good looking atty. not to overly ornate but simplier lines that go better with mods like the stabwood Marquis I just posted yesterday. No heavy knurling etc…

definitely worth the price which I can’t remember but I’ll see if I can find the invoice.

It’s definitely an atomizer that I would recommend I just don’t know your vaping style. I’m a wide open DL or slightly restricted DL. And I use mostly 3 mm, .3 to .5 ohms and 30ish Watts give a take a few Watts.

I vape RDL at about 50 watts. Are you saying it is not suitable for RDL?

No quite the opposite. I like to vape wide open to slightly restricted. I think the atty would be perfect for the RDL vaper!

Can’t put it down today the flavor is so good!! My other mods and attys are feeling neglected lol!!
