I had a friend come over with a giant smok mod. Rounded shoulders and one fire button on the left side with mod facing me. I cannot figure out how to turn this bugger up or down. Only buttons are one on the front and the side fire button. I do not know what the name of the mod is so I can research it.
Can anybody help with just those details?

Is the one on the front a fire button also?

I finally got around to building the fat rabbit for the first time. I put a couple Geekvape ni80 coils in that came out to .2. That thing is a cloud machine.

i need to rebuild or maybe just rewick mine. I had a river of juice coming out of the afc for my initial build. Tried a few tweeks but same result so I put it on the back burner because I was getting frustrated. So a few days later I’ll give it another go tomorrow maybe.

I usually get the build right the 1st try because I watch at least 2 build videos prior to my attempt.

It’s sitting here waiting for me to give it another go. In the meantime I’ll read as many user feedbacks instead of just watching a few YouTube videos.

I’m glad I bought quite a few different size batteries this summer because most of the “popular” ones are Out of Stock in most of the reputable sources such as the Molicells both 18650s and 21700s. Or I’ll find one available but not the other.

Just relieved that I have a decent supply on hand until I can buy more.

It looks interesting. I'd probably check into it if it weren't a Smok product.

I thought I thinned the wick tails pretty good but it still seemed a little tight getting both wicks into the slots. I was afraid I might get dry hits but none so far.

no, i cannot figure out what it is/does

I assume you've already tried holding the button down for a while to see if anything changes? There's a pod I reviewed that had a screen and you had to press the fire button three times then the setting would flash then you press it to increase the output and when it gets to the top end it stops and press again and it counts up again from the lowest setting.

Yeah i started watching some videos for that issues aswell, getting a Fat Rabbit to review which is my first foray into double coil land and from i gather that RTA is a bit ''finicky'' when it comes to wicking.

Bottom airflow and wicking sensitive sounds like a nightmare for me...

    Sup' fellow vaperinos?

Been like 2 weeks or more since i actually used an RDA,love having a tank with just drop in coils.
No wicking or nothing, that right there is the dream.

You can close off the bottom airflow and only use the center airflow if you want. I wicked mine for the first time yesterday and it's working fine with no leaking so far. I have both airflows just open a little.

After testing this atty all i have left is mesh, mesh is another thing i haven't tried yet.

I like reviewing new things that way i can give the perspective of a new user, also fun trying to figure things out he he.

Lucky for me i got 2 Grus mods, imagine having to put the Fat Rabbit on a Asmodus Colossal :lol:

haha. cute that you would assume I know how to do any of this anymore. I am out of touch with how mods work since switching over to almost all PODS.
Also just had hand surgery and the nerve block they gave stopped working Saturday so I am currently managing my pain with the Opiate pain med the DR gave and while fun, it does not make for a clear head.

The wicking is similar to Steam Crave Aromizer and Supreme which were my first foray into RBAs! It was a daunting at the time. Haven’t had many problems since that’s why I was so surprised I d had trouble with the FR. I’m giving it another shot this afternoon. It’s sitting here just waving at me waiting for big juicy clouds to blow lol!!

    Hope it all goes well.

Lately i haven't had much practice when it comes to wicking, been using my Juggy mini clone for quite a bit as my only RTA so i might be a bit rusty but i will give it a go once i get it.

Out of curiosity, what size coils you using or would recommend for the Fat Rabbit,2.5mm or 3mm?
OHM wise not sure if my usual 0.25'ish will work for this one, first time that i will try a double coil atty.

I have mine on a Legend 2 right now. It's got pretty good overhang but it doesn't really bother me. I'll put it on something with a bigger top plate eventually. I used two geekvape 3mm .35 ohm coils in mine and it's reading right at .17. I'm having to run it around 50-55 watts and it still takes a little time to heat up from cold. The review I watched I think the person was running around 90 watts. That's way too high for me.
