Hiya folks.

I am in dire need of some feedback regarding the Lethal rta,i am tagging those that i know for sure that own one @AngeNZ @Fidola13 @Letitia and i think @hittman but if i missed anyone and you want to chip in i would greatly appreciate it.

So this is the thing, top cap is way way i mean waaaayyy scrunchy, the force i need to apply so i can take it off and screw it back in does not seem normal.
Been like this from the beginning,at the time i thought the usual you know? takes time to break in.
Looked closely at the o-ring and it looks fine,i even compared it to pics of the top cap i found online and they look exactly the same.

Something is just off,my other atty the Z Sub Ohm 2021 from Geekvape is soooo smooth,i mean i can use 2 fingers to take off the cap and thread it back on but the Lethal rta actually requires me to use my whole hand and close it down in a fist like shape to actually get the top off or screw it in.

Is it supposed to be like this or you folks don't have this problem?
Performance wise apart from that i have had no issues, not even leaking i mean this thing is a beast but the scrunchy top cap is starting to piss me off...and it's not like it's the first time i have had a problem with a QP Design atty.

*cough Juggerknot MR cough*

Apart from that not much to tell, waiting anxiously for my Pulse AIO.
Been looking around at Boro's and dang....some of those are really expensive.
Friend from the vape shop in Seville said these are his top sellers:

VapeSnail para DotAIO Pod by Atmizoo | ATMIZOO VAPESNAIL SINHUMO SEVILLA

Pioneer Insider by BP Mods | BP MODS PIONEER INSIDER EN SINHUMO SEVILLA

And i also talked with my other friend from another vape shop and they sell these exclusively (as in they are the only shop in Spain that sells them)

Wickd Bridg D2 Panda Atemporal - Vapeototal

But oh boy almost 200 euros?¿ ouch!! yeah a little too rich for my blood.

Hopefully i will get my Pulse AIO by the end of this month and then see if i am a BB man or not, meanwhile i am watching some BB videos and reading reviews.

Hope you all had a good weekend, cheers :)

I checked my top cap out on the Lethal again and mine is smooth as butter. It takes a bit to make sure that it’s all lined up with the grooves but that’s it. Once it’s sitting right it goes right on.

That’s disappointing that yours is so crunchy. Maybe a dumb thing to ask but have you lubed it with some ejuice to see if that helps at all?

Yep,used some VG with my first build to make sure it went smooth and earlier today i did the same when i changed the o-ring...

Severely disappointed and a bit bummed out,3 years and change of vaping and i still don't have a ''main'' daily vape...maybe it's just me,you know peculiar and weird,oh well I'll have to keep trying.

Thanks :)

It sounds a bit frustrating. Hope you find the “one” that gives you what you’re looking for in a daily vape and soon!

I made this coat for Georgia but she seems less than impressed. She modeled it nicely for me all the same. View attachment 967959View attachment 967961View attachment 967963
I think she looks gorgeous in it

Luna made her the meme, not me.

Good luck finding just one that meets all your needs. I’ve been vaping since 2009 and don’t have a single device or tank that I use all the time. I have several favorites. It’s fun to me to be able to try different devices. I think that and getting into mixing has really helped me stick with it.

I think I’ve figured out the “best” way and probably the intended way to hold the Centaurus Bf so that it’s not awkward to use.

Holding it with the display facing outward or towards me and using my 1st finger to trigger the fire button and my other fingers to squeeze the squonk bottle. There is a nice comfortable ledge above the display to rest my thumb on.

Its actually now quite comfortable to hold and use. It’s just a bit different from how I usually hold squonker mods. I like this much more now.

I'm so glad to see this.

Like the boys, I prefer smaller AIOs and squonk mods. What's keeping my interest into the PULSE aio is that it's the same dimensions, except height as the pulse II bf mod. And I finger fire my Pulse II as that works best for my hand, like yours above.

But they are all still chunky monkeys!

What I find the quickest and easiest to rewick and fill is a bf RDA on a squonk mod.

Since you didn't like squonking, have a look at RDTAs. There's so many new ones out there now, and they have as close to the flavour of an RDA you can get.

The Thunderhead Creations Artemis RDTA, Cabeo RDTA, Aspire Kumos RDTA, and Hellvape's Helheim S RDTA are a few of the better ones - going by reports from this thread.

I have myself an Artemis on the way from Fasttech but I have the pretty SS wicks in mine:thumb:

Big Bad Brunhilde did ask so very nicely for a friend;)

Also the Helheim rdta without the cables. The S model has cables. The one I reviewed and am still using doesn’t.

Same here. I think that's the objective of most, if not all ex smokers....one device and one juice.
I've been lost in a mountain of those ever since I started vaping. Good thing about it is it turned into a hobby and that kept me from going back to the stinkies.
Lately I do think i'm getting closer to that one device, one liquid 'objective'. For the last few weeks i'm using the Cabeo almost exclusively...but its kinda bulky on a SBS, and not pocket friendly..can't be laid on its side.
Tobacco is serving me more than well...so much so I get transformed every time I suck on any one of the flavors.
As for a tank (besides the Cabeo)...I really think a Delro and Orbit/Qbix combo has got that potential to be a daily driver.

Its done...I closed my eyes and hit that order button...a black Delro from FT. I know i'm going to cry for a while about the price, but smile when I admire the quality and functionality.
Hopefully my one mod, one juice aspirations are in the making :D

So update on the Lethal RTA:

Called the Vape store in Seville and talked to my pal Javier.
Gotta say It's a good feeling when you deal with people that actually take pride in their job,one quick call and he told me not to worry.
Placing an order for some e-liquid tomorrow and a replacement bubble glass for the Kylin Mini V2 RTA,when it arrives they will pick up the Lethal RTA.

He said the techs of the store would look at it and if it's faulty they will either send me a new one or just reimburse my money (or store credit if i want to).

Apart from that to save me some hassle he said that if they send me a new one he would personally make sure the top cap is in tip top shape before sending it to me.

Kinda sucks but it is what it is,luckily i have the Kylin Mini V2 RTA which i bought a while back, was just meh and i broke the bubble and straight glass so i had it in my vape trunk so i guess i will be using that until this whole thing is resolved.

Yeah i mean don't get me wrong i love testing out new products and writing the reviews but for me i just want a atty that i can use everyday and that i really enjoy using.
The day i find one i will be getting 3 or 4 of the same one, that i can guarantee...having to try out different ones and ending up right back at square one is really dampening my mood.

And yeah when it comes to e-liquid flavors well let's just say that is a can of worms i better not open up.
Truth be told if i could afford to buy drop in coils i would use them on a daily basis but for my vaping needs i just use to many of them.

Hey who knows maybe i will like the Pulse AIO,i can only hope :D

    Cheers

Although I run a lot of different tanks, I would say I do have a favorite and usually do have one in rotation. I just can’t imagine using the same setup with the same liquid every day.

    @Pigs
Any idea what the approximate life expectancy of the lipo is?
Do I have to get it now and store it in the fridge...so it can stay fresh:p
I'm no expert on lipos but this blurb pretty much tallies with everything I've heard:

For the longest life of the batteries, LiPos should be stored at room temperature at 3.8V per cell. Most modern computerized chargers have a LiPo Storage function that will either charge the batteries up to that voltage, or discharge them down to that voltage, whichever is necessary.

For me it's more of a journey, and I'm learning so much about what I prefer as I'm going. And that changes too, when I try something completely different. Budget-wise - clones have meant I can try out so many more attys than I would've otherwise.

I find an atty I like, and happily use that. Until I find an atty I like even more. Then I either add that one in, or get extras and just use that one. But then I find an atty I like even more by far, than the last one. And it gets added in or duplicated or both!

I'm still looking, but I'm loving my top 3 RTAs - (Lethal, JK Mini, Dvarw DL), Qbix rba and the Axials.
